The property was nice, quiet and staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a normal free hotel breakfast. Loved the fact we had shampoo/conditioner, lotion and body wash that smelt really good. The other parts of the building were clean. Close to all restaurants and shopping in west Lebanon.

Our room was right next to the ice maker and people were up getting ice very late at night, wish we didn’t have our room next to it, but we were a very last minute booking so we really couldn’t complain. The pool was locked not sure why not that we were wanting to use it but I would call and ask if you are planning to go there and want to swim. Our bathroom was in need of a little repair but nothing to not stay there about! Would have liked more outdoor seating that was closer together. Price was a bit high as we didn’t get there till 6:30pm and out by 11am for $250.00 seemed a bit high for West Lebanon.

The location was perfect, near several different restaurants, easy off/on I-89. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The automatic pancake maker was interesting, but could have made the pancakes a little firmer. Love 24 hour coffee. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially letting me email a necessary document to the main desk to be printed when I could not connect to the business center printer.

Could not connect to the printer in the business center. Would have liked just eggs with no cheese option. But all in all, minor annoyances.

Location was perfect - close to relatives, shopping & restaurants. Breakfast was similar each day but good, hot & plentiful with a change of meats/eggs each day. Room was immaculate but dated. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable.

More dairy (yogurt & milk) at breakfast. Needed fan in the shower. Room was a bit dated.

Room was terrific; bed very comfortable. AC good; bathroom facilities very good. Room large enough to keep our bikes in it.

While the breakfast alternatives were quite varied, the quality could have been better. Hotel location suited us, but was a bit remote with nothing nearby walkable.

The room was excellent; well furnished with comfortable bed.

Housekeeping will not come into the room to clean and make bed. Carpet in hallway and on stairs to second floor were not vacuumed over two days and were littered with leaves and dirt. It seemed no one was manning the breakfast area; I believe the front desk person had to do double duty.

We came into town late and they were waiting for us with keys in hand. Quiet building, fresh smell, very clean and everything in the room worked perfectly. Cleanest bathroom I've seen in all my years of hotel staying! Best breakfast offering choices too. Definitely surprised and will visit again

WE ARRIVED AT 6:30 PM AND THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE MOTEL NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE🙈 IT TOOK US ALMOST THREE HOURS TO GET OUR KEY AFTER CALLING BOOKING. COM CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ASSISTANCE. BUT BESIDES THAT ALL WAS PERFECT😞🙏🎄🎄🎄

This stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast was good and changed a little each day we were there, which was a pleasant surprise. Bed was fairly comfortable and the hotel was in good repair.

The rooms were not sound proof at all. While standing in the hallway, you could hear other guests talking in their rooms.

Asked if we could check in a little earlier and was granted that wish for no extra charge The two front desk girls that i dealt with while there were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely nothing

Great employees, extremely clean & comfortable room, typical but hot & plentiful breakfast.

The bathroom could use a “refresh” but still well supplied.
