The complimentary breakfast was very nice, and the pool area was great! The dog walk along the back of the Inn was well lit and it felt very safe. It was also great to see how close the airport was in proximity to the hotel. The neighboring town, White River Junction, (although in Vermont) was only a 5 minute car ride away and had some wonderful little shops and delicious restaurants.

The way that the hotel was advertised on Booking made it seem like there was a complimentary breakfast everyday, not just 1 day. Because I booked the trip on a 3rd party website, they were not aware that I was bringing my dog, even though I mentioned it everywhere I could- so I had an additional charge that I was not expecting. I understood why I was being charged, I just thought I should have known about it before I got there.

Remember the general area is West Lebanon so the idea of a tall multi story all inclusive luxury resort of not applicable. During our 2 week road trip we stayed at 10 different hotels ranging from $140-$220 /day. My teenage sons loved the Fireside Inn as did I, the room was clean, floors in great shape and spotless bathroom. Parking is abundant and super safe. The lobby feels very welcoming and the Restaurant area with the nice fish pond and decorations was a pleasant departure from your typical Days Inn, Comfort Inn La Quinta you name it we slept in it. The fireside in helped add to our memory of our visit to Dartmouth and the general culture of the area which we found to be very heartwarming.

Not being able to stay longer.

Checking in was easy and quick since we arrived at 9:00 pm and were tired from our day. The front desk person was very friendly and gave us all the important information-directions to our room and breakfast info for the morning.

Our room was a little dated. It smelled musty when we first walked in. We put the AC on to get this smell out. The breakfast wasn't as ample as it should have been-not enough for the amount of guests. I did not see the food being replenished? It was a Sunday morning and the hotel breakfast area was very busy.

Fireside Inn was great. The staff was helpful, the hotel was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was great. The lobby/fire place/Koi pond with fish and turtles was relaxing. I liked the decor. Outside spaces including a grilling area and right off the pool a nice court yard with chairs and gas fire pits. There was all kinds of places to just sit and relaxe. Our room was also clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Prices at the restaurant were good along with the prices of items and snacks in the store. We would stay here again to just hang out at the hotel. Good Job Firesaide.

Look the place isn’t perfect, but it has all that you need.

We liked the conveniance to the highway ramp for 91. The idea of the restaurant and that there were many options to eat at close by. Also the shopping malls close by.

The resaurant didn't have any choices for gluten free for dinner. My daughter is highly allergic so ended up eating rice cakes she had brought with her for dinner. The weather was nasty from remenants of Debby and so leaving the hotel was not a choice. Also wish there were at least one grap bar in the shower, i wasn't thinking and didn't ask for a room for assistance. My daughter had back surgery and had to be careful getting in and out. I also prefer to have something to hold on to getting in and out. I did see if we could get a assistance room but was told they couldn't change the room because I made reservations through booking.com They did give us a 1st floor but there was an elevator.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. Our room...location for our visit. Andre we was amazed with his professionalism , his smile. He was amazing at dinner doing Bartender and Waiter...he did not complain and apologized if he was not attentive...but he was! Gwen and Karen were awesome as well. We would not have our clean rooms if it were not for them. Front desk courteous. Would love to visit in the Fall or Winter.

The turns to get to the Inn were not clear. Some if signs covered by branches. Poor directions for where to enter for meals. Make the entrance at a location more visible or with better guidance.

We loved the breakfast and dinner at the resteraunt there. The fun thing to watch was the fish and turtles. The housekeeper was amazing. Very helpful when I discovered our room had no elevator and my husband had trouble walking upstairs. The housekeeper said to go to the front desk and they will help you. They were wonderful about it and very accommodating.

I didn't like that there was a family emergency, so we left on Tuesday instead of Thursday. But we did get our refund.

The exterior of the premises was wonderful – I watched landscapers working on the property and it was in great condition and the building outside was Beautiful. The fireside area was cozy

I didn’t like the view of the service area with bags of trash. The dining area and the rooms are really tired and definitely need an update. I was a little worried about the carpet because it looked dirty.

It was nice, old but they have kept it good considering they are dealing with an old structure. It was nostalgic to me, memories of old Sheratons with a courtyard. Nice water feature with well kept fish and beautiful, cozy fireplace. Location was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Just strange quirks like the bathroom sink was far too low. It was hilarious. Not super inconvenient, but definitely odd.

We loved the location and the breakfast. The waitresses at the breakfast were very nice and friendly. We also loved the greenery and the little ponds in the lobby area.

Our room was a little dirty. There was a cup/bottle ring on the floor next to the bed, hair in the fridge, and the faucet knob in the bathroom sink was not only dirty but broken. The older gentleman who checked us in was not very welcoming or friendly.
