Very friendly staff very helpful. Clean rooms location was good. I thought it was nice having coffee all the time. The morning breakfast was good . This is a suggestion for the company. The company should give a good painting more brighter outside then you can see it from the road and bigger sign. Rooms need a fresh painting but that is all. The ace unit works great.

There was nothing we didn't like. It's just that a deep cleaning would really be great. Older hotel so we understand the situation.

1. Cheapest place in the area. 2. Breakfast was good: hot oatmeal, bagels, waffles, toast, fruit, water/hot water, juices, eggs, turkey patty. But unfortunately everything was served in single use plates/utensils. 3. Plentiful parking.

1. All food is served in single dish ware and utensils and the kitchen lady didn’t want to share the knife (we needed to cut ginger for tea). 2. Drinking water and hot water were available only in the morning.

Comfortable bed, Not noisy. All amenities worked properly. Good location near I89, I91. Dunkin' Donuts next door en route to hiway.

I thought the 'standard queen room' photos showed microwave and small refrigerator. My room did not have either. I would have used them...

It was quiet and comfortable. The TV reception was good but the cable provider is not that great. I find Direct TV's offering very modest and was lucky to have brought my ROKU with me.

Lack of general upkeep, i.e.: warped bathroom door, peeling corners of wallpaper, toilets running on and off all day long, maintenance issues.

location only a few minutes from balloon festival which was the main reason for booking even though due to wind I wasn't able to see any of three launches the staff mention some attractions near by that made it worth the room along with the ballon festival

I arrived in early afternoon and had to wait twenty minutes for my room to be cleaned but the front desk appolized stating they were having a hard time to get fully staffed and mentioin there was some things to pass the time or I could wait. I decided to go for a ride and came back appoxiamately half hour later and my room was ready. The outside stairs was dirty.

The bed was very comfortable! The staff very nice & helpful! Very quiet! We also liked the non smoking rule!

The bathroom was a little small,but we made it work!

They left me the hell alone... I had a large service dog with me... they didn't care at all.

The property is conveniently located. I was able to get a room for myself and my dog easily. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, my dog’s comfort is the most important aspect of traveling. She’s happy, I’m happy!

Not all rooms have refrigerators/microwaves. It’s important to have a fridge when staying for a longer stretch. Amazingly, they were able to accommodate this need after a few people cleared out.

The staff was overall extremely kind and welcoming. It was great that we got the chance to stay in the lobby for a while after check out.

Breakfast was maybe not extraordinary but it definitely satisfied our needs! The cleaning staff unlocked our door when were still there which was not ideal bur we had forgot to put a sign up and she apologized and left so it was not a problem.
