This is a simple, unpretentious motel. The rooms are kept clean, the staff are all helpful, the location is quite good. This is a nice place to stay and I have stayed here quite a few times now. I will certainly stay again.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, location good, and tv channels were good. Love the blue color in the room and happy to know there's a bed bug cover on the bed. Happy to have a fridge and microwave. Would stay again.

Can hear the people next to you and their tv. Hot water takes a while to warm up. Could use some lamps when you want soft lighting. Bright lights over the bed.

The location is quite good, right downtown and convenient to shops, train station, etc. The managers are especially helpful and eager to please.

I think the hotel is a bit pricey for Claremont. That said, I have stayed here a few times and never found a reason to complain.

I stay here every 2-3 months when I come up from Cape Cod to visit my granddaughter and family. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The room is very clean and pleasant smelling.. Great water pressure in the shower.

After reading some reviews from a few years back, I have not wanted to take a chance staying here. But I met some people at a local restaurant who were staying here and said it was fine. So I decided to try it and have stayed twice recently. The rooms have been updated and were clean. I can say that there's nothing wrong with this place.

Perfect for what I was looking for! Great staff with clean and comfortable room. Location was close to shops and food. Peace and quiet is what I needed and received. Will stay again when I'm in the area!

Cozy and clean rooms. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. A perfect stay for a person who needs a rest after a long working days. Budget friendly. Highly recommended.

Hard mattresses in beds.

The staff is pleasant, they listen to your needs and work with you. The room is clean, small fridge, microwave, Roku TV, X-Finity. Assistance always available. Plenty of parking.

I find from I-91, it’s a lot easier to stay on Main Street pass Leo’s market to stop sign then make right on Sullivan and Royal Inn is right there.

The included frig was good size and the microwave in every room was a key feature.

The ice machine was fine for me. It was a small table-top unit in the main office. But it would not serve very many guests before running out

concern about door not fitting properly. there was a 1/2 space in when door was closed, also the chain lock was broken!
