The property was beautiful. There were four women, and we rented a suite. Full kitchen, living room with fireplace. One room had a king size bed and the other had a queen. Both rooms had a TV, and there were sliders out to a patio. There were barbecue grills if you felt like grilling. There was an indoor swimming pool, lap pool and jacuzzi, and a gym. Great continental breakfast, and we sat on a beautiful balcony to eat. In the afternoon the lounge was open and there was coffee and soft drinks available. And chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. There wasn’t a restaurant or bar, but plenty of places to eat and drink close by. We didn’t consider this a negative. The staff was wonderful. We definitely would go back.

we absolutely loved our room it was so roomy and comfortable we loved the livingroom area balcony and kitchen beds were very comfortable shower great with lots of hot water excellent continental breakfast with great choices muffins fruits cereals etc Coffee bar open daily clean indoor pools & hot tub game room fun great for couples & families we will be back

I like its location in Newbury, right at the base of Mt Sunapee. I like to be fact that you get an entire suite, with a gas-burning fireplace.

There are definitely some updating projects that need to be done. In the bathroom in the suite I was given, there were brackets for a broken-off towel rack over the toilet. They still have land-line phones in the rooms, when everyone has a cellphone. They have placed flatscreen TVs awkwardly over the big, deep shelves over the fireplace in the suite that once held last generation TVs.

So quiet and peaceful. Room was much larger than anticipated and SO nice. Great amenities and staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and check out late which gave my sister and I more time to enjoy our time together after a year of not seeing each other. Staff were helpful and relaxed; great atmosphere.

I chose this location for the amenities. You have to contact the front desk to use the sauna. If I’m going somewhere with these perks, I just want to use them and not have to contact the front desk. I was really looking forward to using the hot tub on the morning of our departure but it had been cleaned that morning and wouldn’t be ready for hours. Maintenance is of course important and no fault of there’s, just a bummer that the sauna was cold, the hot tub was cold and we were only there for a one night stay. The front desk was prompt in finding an answer as to why the hot tub was cold and came down to the pool to update me personally. I was pleasantly surprised to see the outdoor pool but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

Wonderful place surrounded by nature, clean and quiet, close distance from the lake, forests, trails and pub / restaurants, free parking. I truly regret I couldn't stay there longer, it was the best place I've visited during my 10 days trip around US East Coast.

Breakfast is the only weak point of this hotel.

big spacious rooms. two bedrooms, living room with glass fire place and kitchen with fridge, and microwave (no oven). we loved the pool (there were two indoor pools) and the hot tub! continental breakfast was good ( bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, juices, cereal. staff was happy to restock breakfast. there is an outdoor pool too but not open when we went in March. loved how close it is to Mt Sunapee!

only one bedroom had a door on it. other than that, loved our room! no dining at the hotel but we did find a fun pub across the street

The place is very beautiful with natural wood throughout. The suite is quite comfortable with a gas fireplace in the living room. There are two large bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. I never slept so well as I did in this hotel. Our room had a modern counter stove top type stove and a dishwasher, and full sink as well as a full size refrigerator, and freezer and microwave and Keurig Coffee maker. It had all the plates, glasses, cookware, pans and silverware you could ask for. Had I known, I would have brought food to cook. I say that because the place across the street they advertise as a restaurant, has basic pub food only and I really liked the kitchen in the suite. Of course, we went to other towns like New London to eat; and it was great. Who really wants too cook on vacation, but it is available if you want to.

The heat in the master bedroom could have been warmer, but the outside temperature had dropped to 23 degrees that night so I am sure that it takes time for the inside to warm up; but I say this only because the rest of the suite was quite warm with the gas fireplace going as well. I would have liked it more if there was a decent family type restaurant nearby.

Love the location, super convenient for skiing at Mt. Sunapee! Clean, well-appointed family suites. Luxury in the mountains.

We missed the on-site restaurant that had previously been there ( pre-pandemic) However, luckily there are a few nice restaurants nearby!

The suite setting was amazing and comfortable with separate rooms, balcony, and kitchenette. Easy check-in with friendly, helpful staff.

While grounds are beautiful, the walk from the bottom lot was dark with minimal lighting.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to the ski mountain, family suite very spacious and comfortable. Attention to detail with refreshments provided and kitchenette facilities.Enjoyable all around
