It was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the laundry was a nice amenity and the arcade was a bonus. The food was the best "chain" hotel food I have ever had, and the waffle was better than most restaurants. The bedding was high quality and the bed was comfortable

The price was extremely high. Five star bed and breakfasts with double jacuzzi at desireable destinations in New England cost the same. It should be closer to 250$ a night. That being said, if I were in the area again, and in a pinch for lodging again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Even at that price, I was expecting such quality.

The location is excellent, just 30 minutes from Okemo Ski Resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Michael provided excellent advice on local dining options. We've stayed at this Best Western a couple of times before and will definitely return.

There was noise from children running in the hallway. The soundproofing between rooms is poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room this time.

The property is always clean, the rooms nice size plenty of room and good amenities (streaming hopefully soon), great location close to highway and friends and family. Staff and housekeeping always a pleasure front desk(Stephanie Hope I’m right) was great and accommodating with all.

No streaming for the smart TVs yet but otherwise no complaints.

I requested a pet-free room. The staff looked back through 3 months of reservations to make sure there wasn’t a pet. That is unheard of and so greatly appreciated. I was there to run a marathon (as were many others) and the staff put the breakfast out at 4am! So nice and helpful. It meant so much that they cared.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was pleasant. Enjoyed pool and it was clean and stocked with towels. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included eggs, omelets, sausage and bacon along with waffle machine and a variety of pastries/cold items.

Third time staying in 5 months. Always friendly staff, decent breakfast, and clean rooms. We also use exercise room while there.

Please remind housekeeping to dust top of lamp. There was more dust than expected at top of lamp base. But, otherwise the room is super clean!

We stayed at this location for the Stellafane Convention and the staff, particularly, Faye was very accommodating to all of our requests and needs. We will be staying there again next year!

Could you provide coffee sleeves for the paper coffee cups? They became very hot if carried to the room or off the premises.

Quiet, Dog friendly, Pool area well maintained and was surprised that it had a locker room. Cute arcade game room. Great egg omelet, coffee, waffles, bacon, variety of fruit yogurt, etc. Housekeeping was great and staff very nice.

We needed a stay near Walpole, NH and the Best Western Springfield VT really fit the bill from a comfort and convenience standpoint. I also took advantage of the beautiful and super clean indoor pool in the morning before checking out.

Standard hotel breakfast. The staff works hard to keep the items full, fresh, & hot. The location is fantastic, right off the highway. The large rooms and multiple entrances/exits make it easy for a family that is staying there while skiing nearby
