It was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the laundry was a nice amenity and the arcade was a bonus. The food was the best "chain" hotel food I have ever had, and the waffle was better than most restaurants. The bedding was high quality and the bed was comfortable

The price was extremely high. Five star bed and breakfasts with double jacuzzi at desireable destinations in New England cost the same. It should be closer to 250$ a night. That being said, if I were in the area again, and in a pinch for lodging again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Even at that price, I was expecting such quality.

The location is excellent, just 30 minutes from Okemo Ski Resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Michael provided excellent advice on local dining options. We've stayed at this Best Western a couple of times before and will definitely return.

There was noise from children running in the hallway. The soundproofing between rooms is poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room this time.

Third time staying in 5 months. Always friendly staff, decent breakfast, and clean rooms. We also use exercise room while there.

Please remind housekeeping to dust top of lamp. There was more dust than expected at top of lamp base. But, otherwise the room is super clean!

We stayed at this location for the Stellafane Convention and the staff, particularly, Faye was very accommodating to all of our requests and needs. We will be staying there again next year!

Could you provide coffee sleeves for the paper coffee cups? They became very hot if carried to the room or off the premises.

Standard hotel breakfast. The staff works hard to keep the items full, fresh, & hot. The location is fantastic, right off the highway. The large rooms and multiple entrances/exits make it easy for a family that is staying there while skiing nearby

I sincerely enjoyed staying I think maybe next time I'll use the pool.. LOL and maybe even have breakfast.

I can't complain I just didn't realize how expensive it was because I had a friend book a room there and it was $215 I did it and it was almost 300.

Location was great. Just off the Interstate and not far from our destination in North Springfield. The staff was helpful and friendly. Price was a little high for the night. We have booked a room for $115 a night .Will book a room again

The breakfast is good , the pool , the mini arcade, honestly even walking in the hallways smelled clean.. I love the comfortable bed and pillows 😌 overall was great experience for me and ive been to this hotel once a year... thank you best Western Springfield VT

Pool was NOT HEATED. FIRE ALARMS due to toaster malfunction...not cleaned out!!! Partiers congregating by elevator 1st floor. Rude as I asked to please let me thru.

The loud idiots hanging out by elevator and Amusements entrance. In or out, else move.

Everything: clean, calm hotel, perfect staff members, location, parking, swimpool and play zone!

I like everything, but we forgot the swimsuits for the swimpool and we have to find the store to buy them, so it will be great to have as a options to buy swimsuits in the hotel🙂
