Very quaint Inn with lots of nice touches. Full kitchen was great. Check in was easy with door code and keys on wall. Location great for skiing at Sunapee. Decorations were tasteful and beautifully coordinated. Main sitting area was comfortable with a gas fireplace. I stayed in the Moss Creek room and it was excellent. Everything was brand new. Bed was comfortable. Shower was perfect. Everything was very clean. Heat kept the room cozy and regulated well. (Has individual room control) It is a self-service inn with no front desk but that is common these days and works out just fine. I had a couple of questions and Kayla the owner called me back right away, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Would highly recommend and would return!

Finding accommodations near Mount Sunapee is always tough, so this place was a great find. The location is convenient and the rooms are basic, just beds and bathrooms, but the common areas make up for it with a spacious living room, multiple dining areas, a guest kitchen (fridge, microwave, air fryer, hot plate), and 24/7 coffee and tea. Outside, there’s a big yard, propane grill and fire pit, and a nice wrap-around porch. Good Wi-Fi too. While there’s no staff on site, there’s a contact number if needed.

It is a beautiful old house and very peaceful setting. Loved having the run of the house. Very pleasant!

It was very strange not having staff on site. Some guests were very loud in the night and there was no one to enforce quiet hours. Both sets of stairs are very steep and narrow with tiny steps that even my tiny feet didn’t fit on. Definitely NOT a place for anyone with any sort of mobility issues. No cell service. The landline phone was filthy.

For the price this place is excellent, it's a great value of your looking for a very clean nice place to stay. The room was super clean and we were very comfortable. Only negative is the bathroom in our room was very small and using the toilet is pretty uncomfortable but for what we paid in comparison to other places in the area it's obviously factored into the cost and is fairly priced. Overall we enjoyed the experience and as a place to overnight and get back on the road it was perfect. We booked late at night, arrived and called the number and they texted us the door code, wifi details etc... And it was super easy. Although we didn't have time to enjoy it the common space downstairs was really nice and well equipped. If we are ever passing through again we will definitely stay here in the future.

Bathroom was small but the room was priced fairly to account for that. We couldn't get the heat pump to put out heat and found it a little chilly. Cell service wasn't great but obviously not a fault of the property owner.

This place was adorable! It was clean and cozy, which was perfect after my long drive. While it is off the beaten path, it is in the picturesque location of rural New Hampshire with plenty of natural beauty and peaceful quiet. I am definitely recommending this inn to friends and family!

Because I got in so late I appreciated the convenience of leaving my key on a key hook by the entrance door. The inn was super cute & you can tell it’s been really well taken care of. Check out was very easy all we did was hang our key back up.

The beds were so soft I had a hard time falling asleep (could be personal preference or could be I’m so used to my bed at home lol) and in the morning before 9 AM everyone in the inn was very loud slamming doors even though it was still considered quiet hour.

Very cozy inn, was very close to the family we were visiting. Was nice and quiet overall, the floors were a bit creaky but that isn't a big deal. Beautiful views from the inn.

We had some minor confusion with the ac, I think it is set to turn off during specific hours, but that wasn't communicated with us. It got a little stuffy in the bedrooms at night. Also, I wish we had more than one towel for 3 days. Also, I wish there had been more fridge space available for guests.

everything was so neat and clean and well stocked. the whole stay was very easy and comfortable, and i would definitely stay longer to enjoy their yard more, especially during the day as it is very nice and open.

the staircase was a tad squeaky, so i felt bad that i had gotten there rather late at night.

There was no breakfast. The room was comfortable. Good location for where I needed to be.

I unplugged the air freshener by the front door. The smell was overwhelming to breath. The shower could use some work. Other than that it was very nice.

The Inn was cozy and clean. The room was exactly what I expected. The stairs creaked and I love that. The grounds are beautiful and the bed was comfy. There is no staff present and it was self check in. I like that.

There were two thermostats in the room and neither worked. I ended up kind of cold. There was a sound machine the in the room I also could not get to work.
