The folks running this Inn are absolutely amazing. We visited in winter and perhaps were the trouble-makers - always getting into a fix. We got stuck in a parking lot because we arrived shortly after a snowstorm. Guess what? The Innkeepers helped us get unstuck! When our car would not start they helped us jump-start it. We stayed only for a few days but we needed some help every day and they were always there for us - a text away! Best service I have ever received and it felt much more personal than when you stayed at a hotel. My travel companion absolutely loved the number of blankets and pillows offered. Since we are used to staying at hotels where only a sheet is provided we were pleasantly surprised. Here, a proper blanket + a fluffy throw greeted us in the room - very cozy! Outside of the room, there are a few common/shared spaces. One such space is the dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchenette space had a shared fridge, electric kettle, and a microwave. This allowed us to bring some groceries so that we could prepare our lunches and hot tea for the ski slopes. When we stayed the kitchenette was also stocked with paper cups and paper plates, which we appreciated. We had an amazing time and cannot say enough great words about this place and the folks who run it!

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is really nice. Updated with wood walls and stone. The common room is so cozy. Comfortable furniture in front of a fire where you can read and also they have an area to play scrabble. The game room is amazing. And they have a great selection of 24/7 coffee or tea station. The rooms are small but very nice. Nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Slept very well.

The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbor. And the door has gaps where the hallway light is disturbing. We blocked the bottom of the door with clothes but the light still came in in the sides.

Although we had a short stay here, we loved how homey and comfortable this lodge was. Due to getting in late, we had an electronic check in and the staff was still very attentive to our needs. We wished we had more time to enjoy the common areas that included table shuffleboard, darts, poker, pool, big screen TV or just relaxing with board games and more. This site had laundry facilities available too. Although they did not offer breakfast, they did offer snacks for purchase and that was a nice surprise.

Very clean. Very comfortable. This is the cleanest hotel that we stayed in on a nine day trip. That includes stays in four-star hotels.

I wish that the check in instructions (and website) sent beforehand would have given information about the coffee area downstairs. Upon entering the lobby and seeing the honor area with a Cash box there's no clear signage in that area to head downstairs for coffee. Also prefer that the honor area would have soft drinks for sale as well.

The room was so cosy, warm, and very clean. We were in rm 305 which had lots of space, 2 little rocking chairs, a huge very comfy bed, a little fridge, also nice hot shower. Best sleep I've had in ages. Easy check in and out, and communication with staff and owner was easy (very important when coming in from overseas). Happily recommend this place, and will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Not a big deal, but we found the internet a bit slow ... but that could've been our old computer. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great room with comfortable bed and good bed linen. Shower and toiletries were excellent and towels were plentiful and soft. Easy to find and park. We just stayed for one night on a tour of Vermont so didn't have time to use the lounge and garden but it was a good place to stop and we got an excellent recommendation for dinner at the Mad Taco in Waitsfield.

Nothing worth mentioning

Very clean and cosy room with a great view out of the window. We saw lots of birds which really pleased us. The shared lounge was a super place to relax and chat around a fire and we appreciated the downstairs kitchen and dining area where we could prepare food and sit and eat it. The whole feel of the place with shared areas was good. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved this place! When we arrived, we took a walk around to explore the facilities and were impressed. There’s a game room, a cozy library sitting area with a fireplace, and a community kitchen with a fridge. I especially appreciated the free tea and coffee station—such a nice touch! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Location could not be better if you’re skiing/snowboarding at Sugarbush. Very clean and cozy lodge. We really appreciated the communal spaces like the dining room, game room, and library. Beds were SO comfortable that I wish we stayed more than two nights. The best thing you could ask for before a day on the slopes is a good night’s rest. Also it was notably quiet… absolutely lovely stay!! Cannot recommend enough.

It is a lodge type accomodation. No frills but clean and comfortable. There is a cooking area if you wish to make breakfast. I'm sure it would be beautiful in the winter since it is in the mountains.

I wish there would have been breakfast available and that you didn't have to make your own, then clean up. Also, there was not staff available without having to make connections through texts.
