We choose the location of the Quality Inn because it was off I-95 our direct route to home in NYS. We start our drive home in the morning around 5 am therefore we didn't eat breakfast at the motel.

Shower was splendid. Breakfast very good. Clean, comfortable. Access ramps great. Directions to restaurant excettent that evening.
Not enough handicap parking. Key cards initially didn’t work on arrival. Re-coded. When loading luggage, in AM, they again failed when I returned to room to get second piece of luggage. My wife had to stop her shower to open door.

Breakfast waffles were very good.The staff was friendly and welcoming.Location was near what we were therre to do.Ampile resturaunts near by.
Other guests smoking at the entrance.No "no smoking signs" at the entrance.My wife and I have health issuses and we are non-smokers.This had nothing to do with the staff.It was simply rude,uncaring other guests.May I suggest installing No Smoking signs at the enterance and inforcing them.Thank you.

Property was clean and staff was great
I was on crutches and the elevator went out so I had to jump up three flights of stairs. I fell coming down the steps one day. The ice machine and vending machine was out of order and when you walked in in the lobby and hallway to the room it smelt old and like mildew. and it was a little high in price

Close enough to get on and off 95, but quiet for being that close.. very friendly helpful staff.
The only negative I might have, and it wasn’t that big of a deal, that several times during our stay the smoke alarm went off briefly. I’m sure that battery just needed to be replaced. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

No longer allowed to have a trailer on the parking lot. When I bring my boat, I have to stay at a different location.

Didn’t eat breakfast there. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.
The inability to use the pool. Had I known that the pool was unavailable I may have went to another hotel because I do like to use the pool while I’m staying there.This should’ve been stated on the website that the pool was unavailable.

I get down to the Chester va area,a few times a year,and I always stay at the quality Inn.All the employees area really really nice, and I really do like staying there.
