Staff was courteous. We needed three more sets of towels washcloths and hand towels and we got them right away plus a blanket or two. We were on their first floor which was good. Close to Cracker Barrel for dinner.

They misspelled my last name at first, at first they told me I wasn't on the list of having a reserved room. Couldn't get a printout on the copying machine (out of order) for receipt, and dog policy, tried 2x evening & next morning. My last name is Ursiny, they had Lursiny

Location was great. The beds are comfy. Very accommodating for my pup. The staff treated him very well. Thank you.

Limited on the hot breakfast side. As a non sausage person. Having sausage sandwiches and sausage patties was too much sausage. Maybe bacon or ham. However, the area was very clean.

I liked it enough to rebook it. The location is great because there is everything you need literally around the corner a mile away. It was comfortable and what I expect from the brand, though it is not one of the newer builds.

It's showing a little wear and tear, housekeeping has gotten a little slipshod in the details but the general cleanliness was perfectly fine. The mattress was a little too soft and my back ached in the morning. My complaints are minor, and this hotel is still worth the stay.

The AC/heating unit under the window was very loud. So much so that we had to turn it off before going to bed. The continental breakfast was uninspired. Scrambled eggs sat in a puddle of water. No hot cereal option like oatmeal. No waffles. Given the nice facilities, it was surprising how lackluster the breakfast was.

Don’t like the extra $20 per night they charge for residual spending. It is credited after a few days but it is the only hotel I have even experienced this.

Noticed garbage around property. A few garbage cans would help solve this outside entrance exit doors.

The staff was accommodating. I booked through Booking.com and it only stated a king room when I selected a king plus sofa bed. Free wi-fi, and a hot breakfast.

The walls are paper thin. Could hear the guest next door's phone conversation.

I liked how the carpets smelled clean. I really liked the down filled pillows. I liked how the TV is current and the air conditioning unit is working perfectly.

This is just a minor thing and I would still give you guys a high rating. It would be better if somebody double checked if there was a paper pad and pen on the desk. I sometimes receive phone calls and grabbing the first pen and paper I see would be helpful.
