Tiffany at the front desk was so sweet! We booked else where and it said they were dog friendly. When we checked in the lady at the front desk said they weren't. We had to find another place for myself, my husband, our two teenagers and our dog. Tiffany was so great and so kind. She was wonderful to deal with after the frustration of having to find another room. The suite we had was so cute! We felt like we found a hidden gem. Having been staying in the area for a few years now, will be definitely returning.

The fold out sofa mattress was absolutely disgusting. All sorts of stains, didn't even want to think about what they were. TV in the little living room only played one channel and the volume was stuck to the loudest setting. These weren't the end of the world, but would have made my kids more comfortable if they hadn't been an issue.

Staff was great, room was clean and had lots of amenities.

The hotel itself was nice. However, we had a bunch of teenagers on our floor that literally ran up and down the hallway almost all night slamming doors and partying that kept me awake. When I woke up in the morning they had trashed the hallway with beer bottles and trash in the hall. If you don't believe me view your cameras. That why I rated an eight. Everything else was ok.

The rooms were comfortable, the cleanliness of the room was ok should have been better, some things in the room wasnt working properly.

The morning staff wasnt pleasant ask questions they had attitudes they couldn't fix this or that. I was charge for printing something in which it should have been free seeing that they had a computer for us to use but they didn't know the password for us to use. It was just crazy

The room was very clean and that is a big plus in my book. And it was very close to the airport which made it more convenient. They had hot coffee 24 seven in the lobby which my husband loved! I also loved having a window that opened for cool, fresh air!

The outside of the property had a lot of trash and beer cans and bottles that should have been picked up. The elevator was very slow and there was no continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean

Tiffany was very nice. The layout of the room is great. The laundry room is great. (But needs a serious cleaning. Every dryer was full of lint. Washers need cleaning, too.)

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE! That's an extra $15 each way.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL EVERYONE WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY

THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING MY ENTIRE STAY. WALKING UP TO THE 4TH FLOOR WASNT A FUN TASK WITH BAD KNEES I WAS IN A LITTLE PAIN BUT I HAD NO OTHER WAY OF GETTING TO MY ROOM OTHER THEN THE STAIRS

The suites were nice with a dish washer ! We packed dinner and ate there it so it was nice to be able to do that there were burners we could’ve cooked dinner there if need be.

No complains.

The room was great, nice bed and pillows and very nice fridge with ice maker was a big bonus along with full kitchen including chins, glasses of varying sizes and enough utensils to cook what you like. Quiet was great as well! Restful as it should be.

No breakfast. No trash collection in room. (I suppose I should have placed it outside the door) Wi-Fi was not operable and no computer for personal use. Snack bar/room woefully under stocked. No soda machines. Shower curtain too small for shower creating a flood on first night but, I handled it.

The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

I was on the first floor and my blackout curtains wouldn’t shut.

The receptionist lady was very nice and kind. All the staff was nice.

Thought there was some breakfast, but coffee was free and good. No complaints.
