Beautiful room! Staff were exceptional! Location was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the airport. Breakfast was great.

We asked for a quiet room, but we were given a room next to other people. The hotel looked pretty empty so I thought that was a reasonable request. As it was, we heard the TV in the room next door all night, up until they went to bed, and again in the morning.

The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They helped us check-in and were very pleasant. Every time we walked in or out of the hotel, they greeted us with a smile and a greeting.

The toilets didn't flush well. You had to hold the handle down for a minute before the toilet would actually flush. It was a bit aggravating and inconvenient. It would be great if someone would look into this.

Perfect location for the airport and around enough to keep busy. Well kept and fairly modern. Breakfast always helps.

It seems they are building something in the parking lot so the parking situation was a bit complicated. The room was clean and spacious; a bit dark though. Additional lighting wouldn’t be bad. The shower oddly leaked all over the bathroom so that was not fun and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and bubbling.

The place was probably recently updated. The room had a large flat screen tv, a shower with a rain shower head, more modern fixtures, and everything seemed well maintained. The breakfast was good, they had a lot on offer, even a few hot breakfast foods to choose from along with cereal and yogurt etc. If I come to this neck of the woods in Richmond again, I'd definitely stay again.

Literally have nothing to say badly about my stay.

The front desk staff was amazing and they are very knowledgeable about the restaurants in town. They even have a list of places to eat, divided by the type of food they serve at the desk to give to guests upon request. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I could've slept all day there. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel was very clean, spacious, modern. Breakfast was your typical hotel hot breakfast: prepacked things, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, yogurt--not terrible, but not great either.

The staff was fairly inattentive and not friendly, the front desk staff included.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating to my late check out and always greeted me when I came and left. The breakfast was also good and well stocked. I was also impressed with the gym - it was large and clean.

My bathroom was missing tissues and for one of my showers the water was cold but otherwise, no complaints.

Fairly new hotel, everything new and fresh. Staff very friendly. Short ride, 20-minutes or so, to downtown Richmond. Gas stations and convenient stores nearby.

Food was plenty taste was ok Eggs were a bit runny one day but all in all I do recommend this place!

the area surrounding the hotel was not the cleanest but you still felt safe.

Peaceful, clean,good location. The wonderful lady at the front desk the day we checked in was a big help. And full of information we needed.

I could only stay one night.
