Staff were wonderful. Friendly, inviting, and competent. Elevator was fast. A staff took us to the airport really early in the morning with a great attitude.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no heater. We had to turn the room heater to 78 to get the room warm. No working ice machine on our floor- 4th floor. We didn't ask for extra blankets. The ones provided were thin. It was Thanksgiving night so the door dash room service was closed. To be expected anywhere really.

The adjoirnjng rooms and the gentlemen they checked us in was great

I stayed because my children had a competition in the morning which was at 7am they wanted to eat something before but couldn’t take anything with them to eat not even a bagel we was told everyone had to sit and eat we didn’t have time they seen them in their team attire and would not let them eat. Therefore we were late because I had to take them somewhere else to eat

The hotel meets are needs for lodging while traveling We also like the availability to local restaurants The hotel has easy access to the airport with a shuttle provide for guests Faculties are good

We did have an issue prior to this reservation however with your new management we are surely not to have another issue We will continue to book our reservation with your location

Parking is free and attached to the property, close to the airport. There are gas stations, fast food restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast is provided and rooms are kept clean.

I was going to use the coin washing machine late at night, but I didn't have a quarter, so I wanted to exchange money at the front desk, but the front desk didn't have a quarter ready and I was instructed to go to a nearby 7-Eleven…If the hotel offers coin washing machines, I think you should prepare to exchange money… There was no ice scoop in the ice machine on the 4th floor, so I was at a loss as to why to get it…I had no choice but to scoop it up with a paper cup prepared in the room… It was very disappointing that two female staff members at the time of check-out treated me languidly and bluntly.The front desk is a place that impresses the hotel, so I think you should pay attention to customer service!!

Everything was nice breakfast was good

We had one problem that could be update for the kids with gaming consoles it wouldn’t let us connect our ps5 usually at other hotels you have to call a support system to let them let you know but it was no help on the this issue

The place was fine for what I paid, significantly less than nicer hotels. I just needed a place to sleep for night. Free shuttle service to and from airport and adequate breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

The man at the desk who provided transportation to the Airport was most helpful and courteous. His help made what is the tedious effort of getting to the airport most enjoyable. Even more, when we arrived back it was very late (actually early morning) the same man was on duty. He was kind enough to come and get us anyway. Once again his help made a very long trip back end in a most positive way. We cannot thank him enough. Because of this man's efforts we would definitely recommend this Best Western to others.

A sign (or some official source) indicated that breakfast begins at 6:30 (I think it was that time). That was too late for us so we had to scramble to find breakfast food -- my son was running the Richmond Marathon that morning. But as it turned out, breakfast was open much earlier than what the sign indicated - we were disappointed that we could have sat down for breakfast there after all. The sign was misleading.

The location was Perfect for my early morning flight. The motel provided a 4AM shuttle service to the airport. The young man who was driving the shuttle was very friendly and helpful Therefore, I highly recommend this motel if one needs a shuttle to the airport. Plus it is clean and comfortable

Nothing it was good for my airport requirements.

for the shuttle, they dont take your suitcases into the back so it can be hard to squeeze them past the seats
