Good location to I64.

There were some plumbing issues but once brought to the attention of the hotel, they were corrected. The breakfast consist of a bottle of juice, muffin and another small breakfast item. This needs to be noted in the billing. One saving grace is there is a Waffle House adjacent to the property and the food there is very good. There is an IHOP about half a mile away.

It was in a great location there was a Gastation next door Waffle House next door and Wal mart was less than 6mins away and 6mins from other restaurants .

No elevator

I enjoyed myself there. I will be returning there very soon.

The rooms was comfy she I enjoyed the fridge and everything thing in the room.

no breakfast but continue to advertise they have one. my key swipe card had to be reset every day it quit working.

clean and cheap

linens for shower were not available again this stay. went to desk twice and asked was told they would be brought to room. went a third time and refused to let them bring later, asked they be handed to me. I got a towel, a washcloth and a hand towel for a 3 night stay.

I was so impressed with the nicely appointed bedroom and bath. We needed a place to stay due to inclement weather and I was blown away with the cleanliness of the room, the convenience to the airport and the fact that there was an eatery next door!! We'll return when using Byrd Airport again!

Zach was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and the beds we're AWESOME!! The view was great and the view from the deck was incredible!

The fact that they are centered around everything, the mall, airport, drug stores & take/delivery.
