The handicap rooms are very thoughtfully designed. A loungey sofa designed perfectly for wheelchair transfer, a low desk with a cutout for the multiwheeled (easy steering) desk chair, a memorable black and white high contrast picture helps find the door if you’re a „visual“ reader (the mechanic in our family loved having an old-timey tire pressure gauge on the door). LOTS of floor space, room to maneuver. Easy open closet door with a low hanging bar. Interesting extreme closeup art of flowers. View of trees from the window.

The lighting needs to be better in the handicap room. Accent lamps are not enough.

I loved the location everything was less than 20 mins away walmart , shopping plaza restaurants ect. I also love the 24 hr hot beverages in the lobby that was nice, I love coffee lastly the breakfast was very good my family loves waffles & the hot entree was good also .Oh and gentleman in the evening was very friendly he acknowledged us when we came In from dinner & when my boys wanted to purchase snacks .

I guess my main complaint was the pool not being open I wish some where when booking it would of said the pool was closed for repairs my boys were really excited about swimming and that was a big factor for us picking a hotel.

The pool was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice, even with the crowd and being late. The room was just as expected, a comfy bed and the shower had great water pressure. There is a walmart 5 minutes away and a Wawa withing walking distance.

The listing here just needs to be updated to reflect the new policy regarding the $100 incident deposit. They give it back as long as the room is clean and there is no damage, but I didn't see anything posted here about it. It wasn't an issue, most places have one but just to keep anyone from being blindsided.

Bed Pillows should be adjustable of different firmness or softness, the AC/Heat unit was not accurate

The bed was way too high for me. I needed a step to get in it. My husband had to pull me in from the opposite side, painful.

Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Really like that it was near the airport. Will definitely stay again.

Room was hot. We had a hard time getting room a/c to cool room. Which do we use. The wall thermostat or the unit controls.

The price I was charged on my credit card was higher than the price booking.com told me plus they would not give me a reciept.
