The First Desk Lady Was Rude When I Tried To Check In At First She Gone Tell Me Check In Ain’t Until 330 When It Clearly Said 3:00 Cause They Weren’t Ready When I Tried To Show Her Reservations. She Ain’t Have To Be Rude But Then She Finally Pulled That Attitude Together. Then When It Was Time To Go To The Room The Elevator Was A Lil Suspect Cause It Felt Like Wasn’t Trying To Go Up And Then We Finally Get To The Floor And It Was A Dude That Look Like He Was Off Of Some Type Of Drugs Everytime We Got Off The Elevator He Was Right Their Very Creepy I Swear Good Thing My Man Was With Me Cause I Swear If He Won’t With Me I Don’t Think I Would Have Mad It Out If Their.

The wonderful lady at the front desk was sweet and welcoming! She made the check in process smooth, funny, and was sure to make our stay comfortable and be sure we were content. We had a lovely conversation and she informed us about the hotel a little as well. We are grateful for her and she was a fantastic start to our fantastic vacation :)

We started off with a room that had no refrigerator or microwave but the lovely lady at front desk gave us another room that had both and that was a start to our great vacation! Surprisingly, my boyfriends flight home got canceled so he had to stay one more night and that led us to a room that had a broke a/c that wouldn't cool but fortunately she switched us back to our 1st room again which we appreciated.

I had the lady from the front desk come knocking on my door while I was sleeping it was night time late with a guy with her she appologised she thought I left Still that’s no excuse to knock on my door that late at night and then to bring someone with her I don’t know what she thought I was doing or what she was going to have

All the other staff members are friendly and nice staff, hotel in a nice quiet location. Rooms are nice sized and beds very comfortable

The lady at front desk was rude and very disrespectful, her customer service skills SUCK... the maintenance guy wasn't any better when he came to room to check air conditioning that wasn't working he smelled like liquor and feces..

I loved How friendly the staff was an helpful/understanding. The beds were comfy and the sheets were also nice. The bath tub is a plus if you have kids an the rooms have a microwave/refrigerator.

It was the last minute for me near a holiday and I was able to get 3 nights with you I will always remember that.
