Small touches were nice. Welcome/goodbye on the tv screen. Small light on. Very welcoming when I arrived. Prices reasonable in restaurant. Food was good. Limited but good. Everything clean and sharp looking. I’d stay again if I needed to fly out from Richmond.

Some staff couldn’t speak English. Not a big issue but even when I said thank you, for cleaning, I just got nothing but her back. Happened at the desk too. I apparently approached the wrong person. Airport shuttle 15 mins late.

Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean room and common areas. The check in person was superb- friendly, helpful and efficient.

One of the queen beds had a red mark on the bedspread which looked like lipstick or blood. There was a half eaten chocolate in the fridge. The pool was a bit dirty but that didn’t stop us from having fun. The hot tub part was relaxing.

The restaurant was very close to the airport and had a restaurant. The parking for the duration of our trip (2 weeks) was very convenient. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The early morning front desk manager was outstanding and corrected several mistakes made by the daytime staff. He was very positive and helpful.

The room was nice but not outstanding. The beds were very hard and not great to sleep on. The daytime staff person was very new and accidently billed for my room which was prepaid. They also did not put in the correct time for the wake up call I think a little additional training and experience will correct those problems.

Sound proof hotel, stay in the hotel barely hear outside Lovely staff, I like Mourad front desk and Bonnie from restaurant, they're both nice and sweet. Good food, strongly recommend wings your way, taste really good Convenient, close to airport

The air conditioner when working is noisy, as good sound proof, which lead to the sound of air conditioner is quite significant. Especially at middle night easily to be waken by the air conditioner.

Location, cleanness, space for extended family, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff.

We were crunch in time, and website stated that breakfast was at 6:00am. It was a Saturday, so it was changed to 7:00am. We wait until opened ,but that push our schedule driving to New Jersey. Just update your website…people schedules are not always flexible. Further, we got there late and super tired after driving 14 hrs, and the sofa bed did not have sheets or extra towels in the room despite this reservation was made in advance with the number of adults and children on the group. When I called, I had to go downstairs to get the extra bedding,pillows, towels, etc…

Well furnished, clean and good staff

Our room had a leak from u see the toilet and there were signs of previous water damage on some areas of the roof. Also both my husband and I started having our allergies flare up which is usually a sign of presence of mold (even if not visible).

I loved the location. Shops, restaurants, and gas stations were minutes away. The hotel itself was quiet even outdoors. I didn't recall hearing any airplanes.

The continental breakfast wasn't free. $18.99 a bit outrageous. I've stayed in way better hotels and what they offered was free. It would've helped the overall environment. Hotel would have been bustling with guests. You never want to run your guests away. Hotel should feel like home away from home.

Hotel was great smelled nice in lobby. Room was awesome! Clean and spacious enough for us 2. Son felt like he had his own room in livingroom. Liked that the restaurant stay open til 11. Food was good, fresh made to order. Breakfast was an amazing buffet went at 9 still lots of food. Staff was friendly. On site starbucks best my hot white chocolate mocha has ever been. Im from Concord area. Nice view out window. You can charge anything to the room if you want with card on file. Privacy sign on door housekeeping didn't disturb us. Chargers by bed. Desk if you need work done. Standing flat showers. I would definitely stay here again

No microwave. We brought our own. I prefer hot food on demand. Pool and spatub were closed but we knew that. Tv was a bit difficult only about 10ish channels. Netflix gave me a really hard time logging in. Nothing too bad a great hotel.

The beds are really comfortable. The room was quiet. The staff was wonderful. We forgot toothpaste and they had samples packs at the desk and gave it to us.

There was an unexpected 10.00 park and fly fee I was not advised of. I am making another trip to Richmond next month for a wedding and was going to switch my reservation to this hotel but I am a little afraid of hidden fees.

1. The linens and towels were clean but extremely rough feel. 2. The refrigerator did not cool adequately 3. No microwave in the room for cost. 4. You could tell it was an older hotel with modern updates. The heat/air unit was extremely loud when it turned on. 5. The TV (LG) kept glitching and continously say no service. 6. I've stayed in some Marriott hotels were the mattress and pillows were top tier(comfortable) No so much here.
