Liked it was very close to the airport and easy to get there. Room was very nice and if they have room, they will not put ppl to close to others in a room. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Bed very comfy. Places to eat and shop across the street without it looking tun down. Street and surrounding area nice and not to busy.

I don't like how they charge a 50 dollar fee in case you use the restaurant and other amenities as if you are. They charge it up front when you check in.

I loved everything! The staff was so helpful! The hotel was clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the heated pool! I won't stay anywhere else in Richmond! We were there for a dance competition at the convention center and the11 minute drive was amazing!

The location of the hotel is perfect for an early flight out of Richmond. The room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom plenty of room. I tried to get the air conditioning to work and it was not operating. called front desk and they had maintenance there in 5 minutes. it was a 30 min fix and Jerimiah was great . THANK you!

There was a old washcloth on top of the shower curtain. I'm sure they did not see it when the bathroom was cleaned. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet price was reasonable, and the food was extremely delicious.

The pool area was very dark and gloomy. Definitely could use a new paint job to the pool and area. It also doesn't have a lift chair for people with disabilities nor did it have a hot tub

Great location. Clean rooms. Although I wasn't informed by the front desk that there was an airport shuttle available, I did meet the shuttle driver (while waiting for my Uber). He was extremely pleasant and attentive. The hostess/server in the restaurant was awesome as well.

I was not informed at check-in that the facility had a shuttle to the airport. And I mentioned to the front desk clerk that I had an early flight. I ended up calling an Uber at 3AM. Informing guests of the airport shuttle would be nice.

The location is perfect. The shuttle driver was very thoughtful. Front desk was good. Will stay again.

The telephone system is frustrating. Called, pressed 0 was transfered to??? No one at work at 11pm. Called 2 more times finally got the front desk. Booking .com gave me the accounting department's number to call for a ride from the airport. Sloppy

The establishment met my expectations. It was clean, the staff was inviting and professional. I needed to get to the airport the next morning and they even provided shuttle bus service. I’d highly recommend this place.

The staff was excellent-friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable for an airport hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Very impressed!

A little pricey, but to be expected. Booked a king, but got put in a queen room. Gave me free parking for the room inconvenience, but meh.

The easy access to the get in. If someone hold the door open anyone can get in on the side. So felt a little unsafe. Also didn't see cameras in the hallways upstairs on the hallways If something happens how would you know
