Everything was extremely clean and very easily accessible for me as I am a visually impaired person. The only thing that I ran into an issue with was in the elevator, there were access buttons to the rear doors for maintenance, and I kept hitting them and it would open the back door, which got confusing Other than that everything was perfect 

We had made plans for two of our friends to come and sit in the restaurant and have drinks and some food. When we checked in, we were told the kitchen was closed due to renovations. That was not listed under the description anywhere for this property so we had to then go out and spend more money to get somewhere else.

Close to the airport. Restaurants within walking distance.

$5 fee to park a car in a huge lot that obviously provides free parking for restaurants.

Great place, nice staff, rooms are clean and there were no obvious signs of bugs. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The activity the hotel took on my card was overkill. Daily authorizations of over 1k seems extreme and unnecessary. The authorizations also take 1-3 business days to drop off. Seems completely unnecessary, they should've just charged my card once for the full amount (plus any security fees) and left it at that. Not run up my credit card several thousands of dollars. I had the money... but what if I didn't?!

We loved our room. We have 2 teen boys and were able to get 2 queens with a pullout couch. Room was set up great with the pull out couch actually being a sectional. Breakfast was awesome as well. Free bottled water too!

The only thing we thought was weird was the tv was in a weird spot if you wanted to watch from the couch and the beds.

Proximity to shopping including grocery stores

They used a mechanical air scent machine that made the air smell like burning plastic. I found out I was allergic and I had to wait two days until they turned it off during my 8 day stay!!

EV charger on the property was a big reason we stayed here. I also liked that our room had a sofa sitting area and a partition hiding the bed. We needed this kind of arrangement.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower had a strange setup with a glass panel that covered only half the opening, no curtain, and water pooled all over the floor no matter how much I tried not to let that happen. It’s a huge fail.

The location was excellent right off highway. Breakfast was really nice with great selection. We were close to everything the mall food, and entertainment.

Would have gave a 10, but the bathroom was small. Clean but very small and room phone didn't work and weak wifi signal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was perfect for our stay.

The rooms weren’t cleaned daily but the maids were helpful in getting fresh clean towels for us.

BEN... He was so nice and kept us smiling. He also made sure that we had everything straight that we needed. He also told us about the attractions in that area because we were looking for something to do that day for my birthday.

There. Was. NOTHING

The property was clean and the layout of the room was very comfortable.

When we walked in, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for at least 10 minutes before someone came to check us in.
