I always love the Graduate brand - it was a no-brainer to book this spot. The hotel was slammed the weekend we stayed; three different wedding parties were there. When we arrived, Jason at the front desk noted they were oversold, and he generously upgraded us to a suite. It was HUGE - two bathrooms! AC was cold, bed was firm, and the suite set-up met our needs. Loved it! The room was obviously a win, staff were friendly, and the location fit well within our plans. A great stay!

One note: at least in the suite, there were no convenient outlets at the bed. That just is poor planning and should be easily rectified.

Good location. Room was fantastic! Loved it. Staff were extremely friendly. Disappointed the rooftop was constantly closed. It was either too hot or raining or something. Coming from Florida if you closed your rooftop when it was hot you would never be open. And valet was horrible. That needs to be revamped. It took 15-20 min to get your car. If you didn’t have cash you had to tip on the app which was a 5 dollar min plus 1.65 service. So if you get your car out twice in the day that’s another 13 dollars on top of the 32 a day they already charge. Personally I think a bit much for the horrible service there. Half the time they parked the car on the street so you didn’t see it, and had to walk to it. Absolutely needs to be changed. If the hotel had good valet service I would probably give then close to a 10.

The decore, politeness of staff, cleanliness, and mannerisms of staff. food was good.

I booked a kingroom for two, but on arrival was informed room was too small, so we were upgraded to a double queen room, and l was not informed l would be charged for it. But on checking out, l informed booking.com, and this was sotrted. Secondly, I got stuck in one of the lifts twice, which gave me a panic attack . Of which l reported on the second instance, but it was still in service for a while.

The hotel has a unique theme. The game room was a nice bonus. The rooftop pool and restaurant were both great, probably the best feature. The King sweet was roomy and comfortable. The restaurant has good food, and the breakfast buffet had more options than I expected.

Everything is a bit outdated. The TV only had cable. The sofa in our room was worn. Not dirty or bad condition, just worn. The game room pool table could use updated cues and chalk. Lastly, our room had a musty odor. We didn’t notice it anymore within a few minutes of being there, but had to readjust anytime we reentered.

We were in a king suite, and the room was amazing. The bed, couch, and other furniture were quite comfortable, and the option of two heating/AC units was great. There were two separate bathrooms, which made getting ready very easy and fast. The location was great, and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance (<15 minutes).

One of the bathrooms was not properly cleaned, with lots of soap "caked"/built up in the corners of the shower; within the same shower, there was a terribly slow drain. For such a large space (suite), there was very little closet space and only two small dresser drawers. The remote control did not work; once you selected a channel, none of the other buttons/controls worked; to change channels, you needed to turn off the TV and reselect another channel. Our particular suite was located just a few steps from the elevator, so we could hear all activities near/related to the elevator. I was a little surprised the suite was not "tucked" away on the floor.

It was very clean and the lounge was comfortable. I loved the two rooms within a room family style suite vs what most hotels do which is just a shared door between two standard rooms. The kids even had their own bathroom. Even the bunk beds were comfortable. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel who were a bit rowdy in the lounge but we never heard another guest from our room.

The room coffee was not very good which I half expected because there was a coffee shop in the lounge. However, the coffee shop coffee was much worse. The breakfast buffet was $20 for fewer options than even Holiday Inn.

The family suite was incredible. A large room with a door and large bathroom and TV, and then the living room had bunk beds and another full size bathroom and a TV. Made traveling as a family so much easier. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

The food offerings at the restaurant were minimal. And the grab and go downstairs was mostly fancier items.

The front desk staff was wonderful. We liked the design and the location. The valet service was extremely friendly and did a great job.

The cleaning staff was loud and cursing while cleaning rooms and in the halls. They were not discussing work appropriate topics. The shower has shampoo and condition holders that were not clean and there was a used qtip in our shower as well. There were no energy drinks sold anywhere, which was tough

The location, the rooms were very nice, the roof top pool.

The lady that was working the bar told my 8 year old brother that he was not allowed at the bar area(roof top) without a shirt, and did not tell me directly. He was only coming with due to it only being him and I on this vacation out of state. I refuse him to be alone with strangers. There is no sign stating that anywhere! My brother was scared to even come near me so I can see what he wanted to drink. We left the pool and he had a towel over his arms. But other than that the staff was nice and very helpful!
