Great location next to Richmond Music Hall. Parking garage was convenient, but $25 a night. Old place with very nice updates. Great Pillows!

They moved us from a King suite to a queen room, gave me free parking to make up for it, which should be free anyway. Fancy touch screen elevators that were finicky and confusing. Would stay again, but pricy for not getting the room I paid for.

The hotel was amazing clean. The staff was Very Pleasant! I would definitely stay there again Room was extremely clean, very large room Suite. Regular size refrigerator, dishwasher. Close to convention center we were attending. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot Only problem was Elevator A had me stuck on 15th floor. Got off of elevator and then tried to key in my floor. Tried using my key. Finally got another elevator to arrive. But other than that I highly Recommend this Hotel Glad we stayed here for our dance competition we were attending

Beds were comfy, plenty of space in rooms. Parking was convenient.

Hot water wasn't very plentiful, and we could never get it to work in the bathroom sink, didnt use the kitchen sink. Nightlights were still a little too bright.

The only thing I would change was the food. The eggs had tons of water in them and the potatoes were soggy. The sausage was not cooked well. But everything else was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

We liked the breakfast, the quite environment, the parking was great, the area was great for its central location. We had a nice view of the little park in front of the hotel. My dog was treated like a king, and he likes that.

The breakfast staff was amazing and even opened it up early for all the dancers staying so we could get breakfast before the workshop!! That was soo awesome to do that and very much appreciated!!

Not one thing

Drain in kitchen was smelly. Housekeeping should run Clorox or lemon peel through garbage disposal to clear/clean it out and keep smell out of drain.

I really like the staff they was very pleasant and reliable

it’s not much I can say that I didn’t like about the property

It didn’t seem like the AC was working it was very hot in the room.

The rooms and common areas were clean and the room was extremely spacious!!

Parking was tight but we always found a spot.
