Good location, free parking. The hotel is located next to very cool entertainment district. There's probably a dozen craft breweries and beer bars within a 10 minute walk and a bunch of good restaurants. Very surprising and a great 'extra' while staying at the property. Downtown Richmond was probably a 15-minute drive. Easy access to Civil War Museum and other historic sites.

Stayed there while atending a wedding. An after party get together was suposed to be in the lobby bar, but it closed at 10pm on a Friday nght. Too early for any bar to cloase. Packaged goods options weren't any good.

I was very pleased with the Clealiness of the hotel. And even more shocked that there was a microwave. A lot of times you travel out of town get take out food and unable to reheat your leftovers.

The nosey traffic you could hear up in the room. With an autistic son this was very hard and uncomfortable for him.

Liked the location and the room. Parking is challenging but overall it was a good experience.

I could have sworn it said parking was free when we booked the hotel. That is one of the reasons we chose this hotel over the downtown hotels. But we were charged for parking. It was far less than other hotels but still a surprise.

The staff was very friendly. The facilities and room were very clean. It's also located close to all attractions.

I booked a room with a balcony through a 3rd party. I was given a standard room, no balcony. An upgrade to the correct room was not available. The staff accommodated as best they could.

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast, use of the lovely pool (a nice surprise), and opportunity to have a glass of wine at the bar. We really enjoyed our stay!

Parking was a little tight, but doable. We often parked across the street.

The location was awesome! Very close to the highway without all the noise. Very close to "Scotts Addition" - breweries, restaurants, and more. We loved the Bistro inside the hotel for breakfast and evening cocktails!

Website needs to be updated to include $12 per day parking fee.

Breakfast was very tasty and staff super friendly and nice.

Parking and signage was a problem. We literally drove around the property several times and parked in a lot down the street as we had no idea where to park. Better signage would be really helpful.

YNice location and very nice room. It was spacious and clean.

Shampoo dispenser was empty and could not get any from staff after calling down to the front desk and asking the Cleaning staff. Also needed to call the front desk various times to find out Internet code and what time check out. None of this information was in the room.

The location was great, it was within 15 minutes to a half hour of things we wanted to do. The staff was friendly. Everything smelled and looked clean.Easy check in on phone.

It was clean and quiet, exactly what we needed at our halfway point to NYC. We looked forward to our stay again on the way home. Staff was friendly.
