I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and great beds. The staff was polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location–it was easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, it's a good place for both leisure and business trips, and I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel, but I did want to mention one small downside. The water in the jacuzzi was cold, just like in the pool. It would have been nice if it had been warmer for a more relaxing experience. However, this was a minor issue, and everything else was excellent – from the comfortable rooms, view and convenient location.

Clean and comfortable, well situated. Felt safe, and onsite parking was easy. Check in process was simple. Overall felt this was a good value for the location and amenities.

Food at the restaurant was just OK - and fairly expensive for what it was. Lobby smelled like chlorine from the pool. There was no info in the room or provided by staff on amenities like wifi/room service.

Ashley at the bar was fantastic and very personable! Definitely keep her around. The rooms were comfortable and had great views of the river. It's a kind of a bummer that the CoStar building will be blocking some of those views.

My party included several teenagers. A team member from the front desk asked them more than once if they were staying in the hotel and recommended that they leave. This happened while I was not with them and my son was upset, because she continued to seek interaction with them after he showed his room key. Not appropriate.

I’m so glad I booked Marriott and stayed there, everything was spotless, friendly personnel and very smooth check-in and check-out.

There were people smoking weed in parking garage and we were walking with small baby, I’m not sure if they were hotel guests or someone from neighbourhood, but would be great if hotel can prohibit and control smoking in closed venues.

It js easy to park even oversized vehicle. Room was clean and spacious. Just perfect to fit family with two small kids. Pool was the reason I picked this hotel and for relax activities with kids it was OK.

The air conditioner when cycling made a loud gurgling noise. Didn't like that fact that I had to pay for parking in the hotel structure and for that reason I would not stay here again.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Our view was awesome and the staff was wonderful. Hotel is walking distance to Browns island, which makes it great if you will be attending an event there.

The only thing I didn't care for were the extra fees above taxes. I wish Hotels would just put the fees into the cost of the room instead of the surprise at the end. They aren't the only ones that do this. If we were on a tight budget this could pose a problem.

It was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance from the Allianz Amphitheater. Appreciated the noon checkout!
