Good variety of breakfast, plenty of seating. Bed was firm and comfy. Loved the big roomy shower. The bar on top floor was awesome, plenty of room & seating. Great views. Good vibes.

At breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold, Sausages were tuff, potatoes were nice. Filled our coffee mug to go next morning & didn't realise until in car & driving the hot water was actually cold. Floor in our room was covered in hair that went all over our clothes. Pillows way to soft & woke with sore neck. $25 a night to park your car, i thought was a bit steep if i was staying more than one night, would add up very quick.

the shower glass door wouldn't stay closed while taking our showers. i was informed that they would fix it. that never happened, therefore causing uncomfortable showers(cold air), etc. and causing us the guest to continuously put towels on the floor to attempt to protect the hotel's floor from future damage. and asking for extra towels that were only given once, and we never did receive the necessary towels due to the staff going home. thankfuly I had towels of my own in my luggage. and i had to call downstairs twice to get those towels due to receiving them late ,delaying my departure to the wedding. Maybe something can be done for future reservations in your other locations to mk this a better experience.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was excellent. My biggest issue is that I booked and paid for my room a week in advance but when we got there the room was not available. I was told that booking over booked the rooms. There was only one room available thst I had to take and a family member had to sleep on a couch. My thought is that it's a horrible practice to take a room from someone who paid a week in advance.

I arrived with Hilton Honors Number and Amex Card in hand, but was not allowed to check in. Rooms were available. They found my name matched my Hilton Honors number. But I had to first make a reservation before I could check in. I'm sure someone at Hilton thinks this is a good idea, but give your desk clerks authority to accept a regular client on the spot even if someone at home office prefers we do things in their order instead of the guests order.

I had a corner room that was big and comfortable.

The breakfast was horrible for such a high end hotel. I also way overpaid for ice cream in the snack shop only to get it back to my room and find out that the carton was only half full and it was freezer burnt. The roof top bar was really nice but the drinks were twice as much as what we paid for in the fancy restaurant down the street. I was a little mad that I generously tipped the bartender without looking at the receipt and then realized a gratuity was already charged. I'm not a cheap person and knew this was going to be an expensive one night stay but I don't like getting ripped off.

The rooms were great and location couldn't be beat. For the most part, everyone was helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The cleanliness was really appreciated. Beds were very comfortable.

We had constant trouble with the computer operated elevators. The instructions are not clear and even the staff couldn't get them to work in order for us to get to the garage level for our car. The garage access is not clearly marked and is very confusing when checking out.

Hotel room was comfortable and had a nice view. We loved the gym. We liked the location in Richmond downtown a lot. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

We got confused by the two hotel-name-situation. We booked at Homewood Suites, but parking garage was named after the second hotel. Elevator had tapes at the skirtings. Breakfast was rather simple. I would like to have some kind of vegetable and cheese.

I did like that the Hampton Inn was very close to I 95. I also love that Hamptons Inns are very clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful!

I prefer smaller Hampton inns. Also have stayed at several in the past and always had great breakfasts. I wasn't happy with the breakfast. My daughter said it was horrible. Granddaughter and I did eat a little but didn't enjoy it.

Once inside the room, even on the floor, everything was fine. The staff was fine, very friendly on Monday and Tuesday, and helpful.

Elevator B looked dilapidated, and the entrance to the hotel being off the side of the building entrance with the main attraction being the Post Office at the end of the hallway was, let's say, very unusual. Breakfast was something to be avoided.

I liked how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. The breakfast was also very good. The elevators were really cool too. We absolutely loved the rooftop bar.

Nothing really, we loved the stay. It was a little confusing walking into the Homewood suites and then having to go down the elevator to the Hampton. We were a little confused on where to go but the employee at the Homewood helped us and told us where to go.
