Upon checking, the room we booked was not available. We asked for an assessable room with a pull out sofa as it was described online during booking. They put us in a room that was not truly assessable. There was a regular tub. Although they rectified the issues in the room, the issues should have taken care of to start with. The tvs wouldn’t work. The room was missing the remote for one of the tvs and there was a light bulb missing as well. The room was also pretty dark with the lights on. Other than that, the room was good.

They charged my credit card before I even arrived even though it clearly stated no pre-payment ‘em needed and to pay at the property.

From check in to check out, hospitality service was above and beyond my expectations. I was greeted by friendly and SMILING staff, both front office and service staff. The room was MUCH BIGGER than my expectations and the beds are very comfortable. The location is very secure and easy to find. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Richmond, VA area. Can't speak for other locations, but both thumbs up for this one. I will DEFINITELY return to this location when I return to the area.

One hiccup. Upon check out, 2 female office staff members were in the office by front desk sitting in chairs I assume having a meeting and looked at my husband and me as we were standing at the front desk for check out. We stood there a good 5 or more minutes before we said, " Hellooooo" and the lady held up her index finger as to signal us to wait longer. I became offended and told my husband to wait because I was going to the car. Finally a third lady appeared out of the general manager office and assisted us with the check out process. She was very courteous. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.

The kitchen was well stocked, providing all the basic essentials needed for any guest. The lobby was well lit and the staff was pretty friendly outside of one member.

The laundry area has missing and inoperable machines, the pantry was bare-nothing really good to grab and snack on and one of the front desk employees was very dismissive, slightly rude but stayed on her cell phone most of the time. Did not know where the nearest grocery store was, which is crazy because the Food Lion was less than 8 mins away. Just an overall lack of care.

I traveled from NC to NJ to bring my kids to the DreamWorks water park/Nickelodeon universe theme park for their birthdays and picked this Airbnb and it was a 10 out of 10 for me, everything was as pictured, clean, spacious had absolutely no problems at all, great neighborhood felt safe and comfortable while staying there. Would definitely recommend and stay again when traveling to NJ.

The entire hotel was very clean and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our room was equipped with everything we needed. the only complaint was our icemaker couldn't keep up, but thankfully there was an ice machine on our floor. One other thing is the outside gas grills needs to be check out by a professional as the gas took a long time to come on and when it did it just about blow my head off. We truly enjoyed our stay and would and will come back again.

The size of the room. the bed was quite comfortable

The floors needed to be vacuumed. The chairs could use some upgrading. The loose fabric was hanging below the chairs and the chairs needed to be tightned up. Have stayed at least 3 to 4 times and always have problems with the bathroom sinks. They are either slow draining or no hot water.

The location was good. A bunch of food places was under 10 minutes away and that was a major plus for me.

I didn’t like that the staff wasn’t really present. She checked me in and I didn’t see her or anyone else anymore until the next day when I checked out. I went down stairs twice and didn’t see nobody behind the counter neither time. I don’t know if breakfast was available because it wasn’t mentioned.

The location was very suitable with a lot to do like the bowling right next door and Denney’s close because of break breakfast and the rooms very clean ,the people at the desk very nice,Thank it was comfortable.l

I think you should put more towels and rags in the room when it sleep 4.

I loved the patio. The one staff person I did see was very helpful. It seemed like there was only the one I kept seeing no matter when I came down.

There was no pool. The hallway leading to the elevators was very tight. Considering it appears to be a long term stay hotel, there should be more than just two sets of towels in the room.

They ran out of clean towels and it was suggested I could wash the ones we had...I purchased some on my own. Also had to empty the trash myself.i understand they don't clean your room everyday, however, empty trash and clean towels daily is a must!
