The space was excellent. Wonderful to have an extra room off the bedroom for the kids to hang and sleep. The hotel grounds were very pretty and had an atrium with a dining area that was very impressive. The included breakfast was an additional perk.

For a room with a pull out sofa, sheets weren't available in the room. Also, only 3 towels and 1 wash cloth originally. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest with hair found on a towel. Upon opening the fridge, we found food left behind from the previous occupants.

I love everything about this hotel the rooms are roomy and comfortable the beds are amazing the staff is very friendly and positive

I do not at all of them elevators they are not well maintained they're very slow they really need to upgrade and they should not be charging $10 a night for parking when you're already paying $200 or more out of pocket per night plus our tax which is an additional 35 that I feel is a rip off to families who come there and really enjoy the hotel... And one more thing is the bathrooms are very small when you are a midsize person or person that is disabled or handicapped...

The gentleman at the reception desk at check in, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, welcoming and exceptional in all facets. I would stay there again just to converse with this gentleman again. Unfortunately I did not catch his name as I was exhausted from driving, but he was tall and wore "round" glasses. He is an asset to your company and should be used to train others in his position at ALL of your facilities.

The bathroom door of our room was heavily damaged and did not close properly. But the room was exceptional.

Breakfast, pool and cocktail time

First room given was not cleaned all the way. Room was 78 degrees and air conditioner could not get turned down. Given new room. Temperature was a little better but sounds like all the rooms are having an air conditioning problem. No milk available at dinner so I had to go to the gas station and buy milk for our toddlers to have.

The privacy, the rooms are still a little outdated needs new furniture and some needs cleaning but overall the property is still a beautiful place to visit

The sauna isn’t working. Kids are always in the pool. I think it should be a cut off time for kids so the adults can enjoy the pool maybe from 10 until 12 midnight they need to get the sauna up and going for the adults as well.

There were some issues with the shower (did not turn off completely and resulted in a wet floor) The a/c and heat had some issues, uncertain why a/c was functioning as heat and heat functioning as the a/c. No creamer to be found for my coffee :(

Everything we had a great time enjoyed the indoor pool.

Bathroom was messed up, and I had to push/slam to close the door, and it was very hard for my children to open. Also, I don't like the fact that the hotel is set at a certain temperature, knowing in this area how the weather fluctuates... so it was very hot in the room unless we kept the balcony door open.

The hotel was very nice overall they need to get the elevators fixed because I had to walk up the steps at least 10 times in the two days that I stayed here but I try to think of it in a positive way it was exercise but if you don't prefer to walk up steps y'all need to get your elevator fix but it's a great hotel delicious breakfast

We loved it! The inside “courtyard” is wonderful! The breakfast was exceptional and so unexpected! The omelette station was our favorite. The staff were so attentive and friendly

The hotel is a little tired. The porcelain bathroom sink was cracked, molding in need of repaint, etc. However, It truly was an unexpected pop pleasure to stay here! We will be back!

I like that they offered breakfast and cocktail hours, but most hotels does the same thing now.

The value of what I paid for what I got wasnt there: pool limited access due to a/c not working, elevators very slow, room I was given was warm, we had to use two box fan to keep prefered temp and breeze, in a place where parking was abundant, the hotel charges 10.00/day that was not clearly stated on the booking.com site.
