This was the best value for family stay! I really appreciated the whole team during my stay; special thanks to MARK for fixing our AC and not having to change rooms! Loved the mini kitchen and all outdoor facilities for recreation for the kiddies! Thank you!

We didn’t get a room refresh; but I think I might of needed to request that; but that was okay, I didn’t mind not getting one. Breakfast was decent, was sad to see no bacon and pancakes.

Our room was right above a basketball court where people were playing until at least 10 pm. Loud music in public areas, even outside. No lotion in bathroom. Very suburban location where you can’t walk to anything. We knew this but keep it in mind when booking. Trade off is free parking.

The staff was incredible! We kept having to change our reservation,, and they were unfailingly kind and helpful. The room was great. I really liked the layout and could see it as being great for us, for families or for work. It was comfortable, practical, thoughtful and very attractive. Breakfast was very good. Its proximity to Henrico Doctors Hospital was another plus for us.

Nothing.

I like the kitchenette (with the provided cookware, dishes and silverware) and layout of the room. And the wi-fi was easy to connect to using my room number and name instead of using a password. It was clean and orderly.

One light stopped working after the first time I turned it on from the wall switch. There was another switch that didn't turn on the bedroom light (assuming it was for that). And (this is not a dislike), since it was a quick overnight stay, we didn't get a chance to use the kitchenette, nor did we get to the free breakfast.

Clean, well organized. Room had a small kitchen, including full size fridge/freezer. Layout with TV was clever. They asked what floor we wanted to be on and accommodated that. Just very pleasant for a stop-on-highway place.

EV chargers charge by the hour, not by the kw. Kinda frustrating, but nice that they have EV chargers.

The room was a great size for my family. The dining in the lobby and breakfast was amazing! The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent! The outside arrangement of basketball, TV’s, BBQ’s and ping pong table was awesome!!

The WiFi in the room was somewhat slow

The first room we received, the heat didn't seem to work, but the staff was friendly and accommodating and switched us to a different room quickly. The water from the shower made the sink fill up. Maybe a plumbing issue.

I was blown away by the breakfast options, the room layout, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, everything. The pictures did not do this place justice!

That the shower did not have a second door, the water falls on the floor and we had to use our towels to lay on the floor

Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful.

He had an issue with our room ac as soon as we arrived. However I called the front desk and they switched our room to take care of the problem.

My room was located on the street side. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep.
