The staff double charged me,for my saty.I was then told my $250 would be refunded to my account, but that hasn't happened, as if yet?!

Very clean and comfortable, everything in good condition. When we asked for some dishes for the kitchen they provided readily.

Very minimal "breakfast". Would have like a hot water kettle in the room, and some tea bags.

The rooms were very large, beds and pillows were comfortable. I also liked the layout of the room and there was a complete kitchen. The front office attendant, Sophia, was exceptionally accommodating.

There weren’t any utensils or pots in my kitchen. I would like more variety during breakfast.

The location made me feel safe, it is surrounded by other hotels in a well lit area. I didn't see any problem areas. The room was very spacious with a couch, sitting area, full kitchen with stove and full size fridge. Everything was clean and the halls were quiet.

Breakfast was good for something quick and easy. No frills. The location is ok. It is near a lot of things, but far enough away from the main attraction venues that the price isn't astronomical. The rooms are large. The kitchen, bedroom, and living area are spacious enough. There's lots of convenient parking.

Just the lighting in the bathroom is not very bright and the drapes are right above the AC/Heat but they're thin, so they blow outward.

They couldn't find my reservation, almost had me pay for someone else's. And the bed is horrible. The continental breakfast is a joke.

Comfortable, clean, good location, TV worked.

I did not like that there was no flatware or coffee pot, dishes, dishwashing liquid in my room arrived and that we had to go to the front desk to pick those up. I also did not like that it was advertised on Booking.com that there is a “good breakfast included” and all there was was sweet sugary muffins, coffee and tea! I understand that during the pandemic the hotels changed to grab and go breakfasts. However, grab and go should include some fruit. I was expecting more breakfast because at booking.com site it said that there is a “good breakfast included.” ! It’s OK to have a grab and go breakfast, but it should include some fruit; and, the price per night should be cut down when the full breakfast was omitted.

Staff is kind & accommodating. Amir is a great asset. He's kind, professional & know how to handle problems. He takes initiative to resolve issues.

There was a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven. Realized I lost/misplaced my toothbrush and got one from the front desk.

A muffin and coffee is breakfast. They don't even provide juice options for children... not even water! The staff member that checked me in was not friendly and a bit rude.
