The staff double charged me,for my saty.I was then told my $250 would be refunded to my account, but that hasn't happened, as if yet?!

As my flight came late, I arrived to the hotel at 2am with lots of luggage. Unfortunately the female receptionist refused me with the reason there was no room, although I showed her my booking reference number. She also said it would be better to find another hotel and came back to check in at 3pm. Finding another hotel at 2am with large size luggage, it was really terrible !!! Finally, with the enthusiastic intervention, her manager gave me the chance to get 1 room, then I got the room's key at 3:30am.

The brand 'Extended Stay America' is well-known, but I never realized that not every location is the same. I wish I could believe people's reviews and had not booked this location.

If you don't like room service (cleaning), then this hotel location is best for you, as they have a policy of no cleanup on request if your stay is less than a week. Lol! 😀 If you love the aromatic smell of cigarettes and weed as soon as you walk in, then this location is perfect for you. If you only like three items for breakfast—muffins, porch, and coffee—then their so-called complimentary breakfast is ideal. If you are a big fan of the smell coming from the hallway and room carpets, then book this location for at least a week to enjoy your vacation with family.

Very clean and comfortable, everything in good condition. When we asked for some dishes for the kitchen they provided readily.

Very minimal "breakfast". Would have like a hot water kettle in the room, and some tea bags.

The rooms were very large, beds and pillows were comfortable. I also liked the layout of the room and there was a complete kitchen. The front office attendant, Sophia, was exceptionally accommodating.

There weren’t any utensils or pots in my kitchen. I would like more variety during breakfast.

The location made me feel safe, it is surrounded by other hotels in a well lit area. I didn't see any problem areas. The room was very spacious with a couch, sitting area, full kitchen with stove and full size fridge. Everything was clean and the halls were quiet.

Breakfast was good for something quick and easy. No frills. The location is ok. It is near a lot of things, but far enough away from the main attraction venues that the price isn't astronomical. The rooms are large. The kitchen, bedroom, and living area are spacious enough. There's lots of convenient parking.

Just the lighting in the bathroom is not very bright and the drapes are right above the AC/Heat but they're thin, so they blow outward.

Clean and quiet

They couldn't find my reservation, almost had me pay for someone else's. And the bed is horrible. The continental breakfast is a joke.

Staff is kind & accommodating. Amir is a great asset. He's kind, professional & know how to handle problems. He takes initiative to resolve issues.
