The staff here is just top-notch, incredibly professional and respectful. One of the best things about this place is the breakfast service. It kicks off bright and early at 6:30 and keeps going strong until 9:30, with an extra hour on weekends, stretching all the way to 10:30. That kind of flexibility is hard to come by elsewhere. And let me tell you about the menu—it's got a wonderful variety, but their omelette? Absolutely divine. I won't think twice about staying here again when I'm in Richmond. Oh, and let's talk about location—it's spot on! Right smack dab in the middle between downtown and the west end. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. And did I mention it's right on Broad Street? You can't beat that—it's the main artery of Richmond!

It's was very clean. Very comfortable and desk staff was very polite

I placed a do not disturb sign on the door as instructed. The cleaning people disregarded the sign went in the room. Then to top it off left my room door open all day. Very unprofessional

Breakfast was a bit lacking. Coffee was the worst. We were on a 10 day roadtrip and the coffee at this location was ranked the worst unfortunately

Good value for the money. Property reasonably up to date. Plenty of nearby, free, lighted parking. Far enough off Broad St to be quiet. Friendly staff. Room had all the amenities. Generous breakfast.

All outlets on right side of the bed did not work. The room’s easy chair was a weird chaise lounge hard to sit in unless you reclined. The bath sink is out in the room with no privacy. Sink lighting is too bright, but some might like it. Breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, gravy, and biscuits. The biscuits were so hard they could not be cut with a plastic knife but the eggs were good. The coffee was terrible.

The room was very updated and clean. I loved the lounge chair. The bed was comfortable. There were many options for breakfast including some hot foods.

I have no complaints! It is not a luxury property so the room was a little sterile, but it was also a good value so I can't complain that there were no frills. I would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable. There was a nice-sized Samsung flat-screen TV. The sheets and pillows were clean. The tub and toilet were clean as well. The breakfast was OK. My room looked exactly like the pictures.

The only thing I didn't like, and what I see that seems to be an issue in most reviews, is the floor! The floor was not swept or mopped. With this being an ongoing issue, I feel that someone should check each room after housekeeping finishes cleaning. To make sure everything is clean. The hotel isn't the issue. It's housekeeping! They aren't cleaning the rooms thoroughly. It's just the floor and a little dusting. I posted pictures of my 2-year-old's feet after walking on the floor barefoot shortly after arrival.

The location was great. Restaurants and shops nearby. Also near the highway. Free breakfast daily was advertised. Coffee machine available 24/7 near the front desk. No pets allowed.

No breakfast one day because a staff member did not show up. Asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager did not work on the weekends. Suggested deducting small percentage from my bill. The garbage directly outside the entrance of hotel was filled to the brim. A few front desk staff never smiled. Oh, we had breakfast at Denny’s since complimentary breakfast was not available.

Hot water available at the coffee counter for mixing my own drink. The bath drainage was slightly blocked.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The room had all the amenities needed for our 3 day stay. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very courteous. We utilized the on-site exercise room and the laundry room. The only thing that took away from our trip was that the pool was closed. The pool was the primary reason I booked with Best Western so that was very disappointing. But all in all it was a wonderful trip and very comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. I thought it was a good value for the price. They gave you choices for breakfast.

The smoke detector went off in the middle of the night the first day and we needed to change rooms. They did their best considering it was unplanned. They allowed us to use both rooms and gave us a discount for the food at Friday's. Although there was hot and cold food, the toaster wasn't working well.
