The location is great! If you have no sense of direction without Wase, this is a great hotel. Everything is literally down the street. The hotel is also new. While this is an extended stay hotel. You still have regular amenities such as access to a clean pool, laundry facilities, gym, and breakfast as well as an evening reception. This was a last-minute switch since my other reservation was not so great. I'm glad I chose this. I was warmly greeted. My room was ready and the manager was fantastic and was also professional with the staff. The beds were clean. The room was fresh, and it met our expectations for a quick shopping trip.

Usually, the suites I book have sofas that are pull out beds. The room I booked was not. But we were provided linens, so it worked out

Very nice property. Super friendly staff. Tiffany at the front desk was super sweet. Convenient to everything, within a 5 min drive. Breakfast was delicious! Not too crowded.

Bathroom could use a little bit more detail with cleaning. It was clean, don’t get me wrong. But a better sweeping in corners and dusting. I loved the shower but a deep scrub with a commercial cleaner would be beneficial. I would give it a 4 out of 5

New, fresh and kitchen had the basics of everything you might need, including silverware, glasses, plates, etc. the dishwasher was a bonus. I especially like there was ice already made…

The bed is not bad but it was not the most comfortable. I did not sleep real well in it. The lobby place is freezing which made breakfast area very uncomfortable. Do you really need the thermostat set in the sixties?!! The breakfast offerings were subpar.

The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty but basic. Good location which was near the mall and restaurants.

I was charged for 3 nights instead of 2 nights. I called multiple times and emailed screenshots of my credit card bill. The staff gave me the run around for days. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. The credit card company got the overage reversed.

The hotel was beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The lobby and lounge/dining areas were inviting. The outdoor courtyard had a warming fire pit and the indoor pool looked clean. Parking was convenient.

The breakfast was pretty bad. No one was replenishing items. The coffee urn was empty. Expected better considering the rest of the facilities. Also, the room next to us had an annoying barking dog which I wish I had known about at check-in. I would have requested a different room.

This was a great hotel. We found that staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was very nice. It was better than some of the time share rooms we have stayed in for a full week. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. We likely stay at this hotel on a future trip.

We do not have anything bad to say about this hotel, staff or our room.

Overall the stay was amazing , my family & I originally booked for one night but once we entered we had to add another night !! We enjoyed breakfast, the activities they had (basketball/ pool / even fire pit!!)

The only issue we really had was house keeping never stopped by ,so we kept having to go to front desk for towels & rags , when we first got to room our tub/shower was dirty had left over hair n dirt smears on the wall ! But other than that the stay was Amazing!!!!!!!!

My stay was awesome. I liked that there’s a nice kitchenette with full refrigerator and that the room was spacious. Breakfast had different options which was accommodating.

There was hair of different variations in the shower. Also when I called to get more towel no one was available. The phone rang busy, so I had to go get the towels from the front desk myself.

Love the area an the room was very nice an cozy. The rep Tiffany tht check me in was very pleasant and helpful, she was great...

When I checked in I noticed there was food frm the previous family left in fridge an the dishe washer was full of dirty dishes n water.

We got the suite room, like we do all the time and it was exactly what it needed to be..peaceful

The room was messing up my spouse’s allergies..and I believe the checkout time isn’t 12:00pm, more so 11:00, because my husband keycard stopped working around 11:00, he couldn’t get back into the room.
