I was a really good location no to far from the Richmond Convention Center. A 20 minute drive maybe. I didn’t want to stay in town itself

So it was a King suite. Very nice room. The refrigerator had been turned off and we had items that needed to remain cold so that was a bit of a problem. There was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths. Odd don’t you think!? While the sop had not been opened and used the shampoo had beed so that it was empty and the conditioner half empty. Small minor inconvenience to be sure but still… The toilet handle had to be jiggled each use to get it to fill and shut off All in all, a 9 out of 10. I would recommend and if business takes me back to Richmond I will stay there again

The customer service was great with Akeshia at the front desk. She was very professional, courteous, and helpful. The check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and dust-free, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and premium quality personal care items. The temperature of the room was comfortable, and the air quality was good. The TV & clocks were fully functional. There were retail stores & restaurants in close proximity & they even had a few on speed dial on the hotel room phone. My overall stay was great, and I highly recommend it for business or leisure. Thank you.

The parking in the basement late in the evening or nighttime when the upper level is full.

Hotel was adequate for my purposes as it was located between two destinations that I needed to be at and close to a good area to find restaurants. The window shade did an excellent job of keeping the room dark in the morning when i didn't have to be up early. The bed and pillows were good and it was nice an quiet in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was your typical hotel breakfast

The ein room wi-fi was terrible. Many times I couldn't connect to anything and at no point would it connect to my Firestick

Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast area had plenty of seating, and included a variety of hot foods including scrambled eggs, sausage, also bagels and other items. My room was huge, and very clean, the King bed was so comfortable. Laundry was very reasonable and all my clothes were dry. There's also a sundry shop in the lobby to buy drinks, snacks, ice cream, or frozen meals.

Location was off the main roads, across from an apartment complex & directly besides a car dealership. Since I left my car at home, I had to use Uber everywhere since it was far to walk to any restaurants or stores.

Nice hotel Clean

I reserved because we had been driving all day, and was excited to see we could eat at the in house restaurant. Upon arrival, the desk clerk advised the restaurant/bar closed at 9:30. It was 8. We took our bags up used the bathroom and headed back down to the restaurant. When we sat down, we were not greeted, we had to ask for a menu, and the attendee was not kind, she stated that they (her and the kitchen attendant) were trying to leave early, this was NOT the vibe of people that you want fixing your drink and or food. So, we left and went to the bottom to Texas Roadhouse.

The staff were outstanding from the front desk staff to the environmental services staff. Very helpful, polite, and accommodating. Having breakfast on-site was great, as well as the parking. I traveled for business, but plan to come back for personal reasons later in the year.

Everything was great. I did, however, miss having the hot oatmeal, but realize there is a lot of waste from having it pre-prepared than having guests prepare their own. Other than this, everything was great.

The snack room was terrible....especially for the weekend. No Water, very little choices. 3 nites with no refill on goodies or beverages. And the cold case was in disarray. the few bottles of juice were lying down on the cold case shelf, not standing upright, the snacks were NOT!!! Just a mess considering I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY EXTRA TO CHECK IN 1-1/2 EARLY DUE TO A CHANGE IN MY FLIGHT.

Very comfy beds, great shower, clean, modern, loved the bathroom. Very attractive patterned rugs in hallways and common areas. Great breakfast choices with awesome friendly staff both there and at the front desk. Parking was very close by and easy to access. Really surprised at choice of television stations - wow! In a great location - we had a problem with our Equinox and there was a Chevy dealer NEXT DOOR.

It was very clean in the room outside the room. Pool was a nice size. Elliptical machine in gym was great and it was clean in there. Very close to shopping center and many other stores and gas stations. Friendly staff

I didn't like that the treadmill wasn't operating and the exercise bike work fined but there were no instructions on how to move the seat back. So I used it once. But came back day two and the seat was basically touching the handle bars cause someone moved it and I was not able to move it back. Took the fun out of my workout.

The room was clean and quiet.

The lady at check in said early check in would be 50.00 because I was arriving before 12:00 when I had called ahead and the gentleman had told me it would be 25.00. I'm a travel nurse who works nights. I just needed a place to sleep during the day. She begrudgingly changed the fee for me but then asked me who I work for and because I wasn't with VCU (that's who they contract with) she said " That's a long way from here." I almost felt like I was on trial for just needing a room to sleep in for 2 days. Geez, I just wanted to sleep somewhere in a safe area so that I can deliver babies during the night. The room was nice and so was the breakfast, but the lady at the front made me feel like a criminal just to check in early and to sleep during the day.
