The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The hotel was clean. We would stay here again. I liked the environmental approach.... refillable shampoos, conditioners, etc. No little bottles for the landfill. We enjoyed the outdoor pool too.

The first morning was crowded for breakfast and the attendant was no where to be found. People were getting upset because everything was running out, or gone. The young lady finally returned and got thing in order in no time. But several people left upset before she got there. Our room was never cleaned.... but someone had been in there because our AC was turned way lower than we had it and the bathroom sink had been unstopped. We had to get fresh towels and extra pillows from the front desk.

I loved the staff Everyone was really professional especially the lady that checked me in. Her name was Nicole and she was extremely thorough and relatable. She took her time with me and was very attentive to my needs and the needs of the other guests as they were coming in. The kitchen staff was also great. They went out of their way to cook something different due to my inability to eat pork. They all just went way beyond what was necessary to make me feel welcome and comfortable

I only had one complaint which was no one’s fault really. It was cold and took far too long for my room to heat up due to the cold temperatures outside (11 degrees outside)

Even with rain and equipment issues, little details were always taken care of. Always a fresh coffee bar set up ready to serve 24-7. Anything we asked about, they usually offered the next level up as well as meeting the basic request. That made me realize they were trained in hospitality.

Every site runs the risk of something breaking down. Because they were on top of things, they could respond to issues without falling behind. They worked really well together, with professionalism. That is refreshing to find today.

Location - proximity to restaurants was especially nice.

Bathroom could use a little deeper clean, construction was unsightly, but not a complete mess.

Hotel grounds well manicured, lobby was nice/ modern. Elevators and hallway rugs were clean, roomsweres comfortable and super clean.The locationn was very busy with a lot of places to eat. Publix was close by as well.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores around. The rooms were great. And the staff was very accommodating.

The only flaw that I would give this hotel is that we were there three nights four days and only had two towels. The housekeeping came down our hall, but never came to our room.

Great location with plenty of shopping and food choices within walking and driving distance.

This site needs a sign that is visible from the street. The only sign was a small sign attached to the wall near the front door.

Great location, very confortable and good breakfast. Employees wore very nice and helpful. Great restaurants walking distance. Very near the highway

breakfast was good. staff was extremely friendly. Every single staff person i encountered was genuinely happy and nice and talked to my kids and made their stay better in my opinion. my kids speak and say hi to everyone and some people just ignore or say hi. everyone kinda had little conversations with them for instance when i was checking in or at breakfast or even just in lobby. made the boys feel important.

honestly nothing comes to mind. they did run out of waffle mix at 8:30/9 for breakfast but i don’t like asking for things so there was plenty that i could choose from. every time i turned the corner i saw a guy coming and refilling so they were definitely attending the buffet, i even left some trash like at the edge and i had to go around the side to drop off the stuff in my hands to my son and not even a minute went by and i remembered and went to grab it and they’d already come and picked it up. it was clean and everything was stocked. they’d have known about waffle batter if i said something or some one else did but it wasn’t the hugest deal to me so i didn’t ask.
