Lighting in bath needed to be brighter. The shower head didn’t move. Shower entry was limited and only where the shower head was located so not getting hair wet when entering was difficult. Lighting overall wasn’t good. Otherwise I loved the room and the modern finishes throughout the hotel. I would def stay there again

The property was clean and good breakfast, which is really important for our 14-year-old son being very active and playing baseball. Protein in the morning to be able to perform!

The hotel charged a lot more for the weekend. We did not book it at the higher price but lower so we can save money for baseball travel.

Very nice and clean at the check in. Room was clean. Heat was already on and since it was a chilly night it was perfect. I would stay here again. Great value.

Carpet was outdated; shower did not have great pressure. Shampoo Conditioner & Body wash in shower was great. However their descriptors written so small I couldn’t see what they were without glasses on.

At checkin my card was charged $160 for a room total with tax other fees $138 and was told at checkout would release the extra dollars after checkout, however it doesn't show on my receipt and my charge is not pending🤷

Good staff, responsive. Clean room and great location to downtown Richmond and Short Pump area.

No wiFi access. That's huge problem for business travelers at conferences who need to catch up with work in the evenings.

What Breakfast? My wife told me breakfast was included when I got down there I discovered you had to pay, no wonder there was no one in restaurant.

The staff responded when I called and stated that I left a necklace in my room. They were courteous; they assured me that they would search for it, and they gave telephone updates on the success of the search. I appreciated that. I called when I found that my necklace. The responding staff presented as being genuinely happy for me. I am very happy with my overall experience with my stay. Thank you very much.

More washcloths in the bathroom would have been better.
