The hotel has more amenities than I expected. There were was a full refrigerator, dishwasher, and cutlery like an extended stay hotel. The location had a lot of great food and entertainment options. There was a heavier inflow of traveler this weekend with graduations and proms at the same time but the floors were relatively sound resistant.

Not enough room for breakfast. Great food but the line for waffles was always too long. Other than that not much of to complain about

I loved the location. It was near EVERYTHING!! The grounds was nice, the lobby was beautiful and I really enjoyed the fire pit outside. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

I did not like all the hair in the bathroom and the shower. That was disgusting and I had to clean it out and the sheets was a little itchy.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Will be back again

I booked two rooms. Unfortunately they were far apart. One on the second floor the other on the fourth floor so we had to decide how to split the kids. I would thought they would book the rooms close together since they suggested the rooms to book for our size family.

Aaron went out of his way to set us up in a room when our Booking.com reservation was not received by Home2 Suites. He was more stressed than we were but got us in a room and comfortable as quickly as he could. Mya, the manager, also went above and beyond in helping us confirm our lodging for the remainder of our stay. She also introduced me to the Hilton Honors program which made making reservations much better than Booking.com, and for the same rates.

That our Booking.com reservation was never sent to the property, thus when we tried to check in there was no room reserved. That's when Aaron and Mya went into overdrive to accommodate us.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby and patio provide ample comfortable seating. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will stay again when I'm in town.

We were told there was free parking with a reservation and we were charged $10 for each of 2 rooms.

Quiet, no noise from adjacent rooms or roads (tucked away near mall, but not walkable, in mix of retail and office complex). Practical layout of room. 5 min drive to Short Pump Park w dog park and some trails incl. nature trails, made this hotel an ideal location for one night stay w our medium sized dog. Worth the 15 min detour from I-95. Many restaurant choices and all other essentials nearby. Super friendly staff and very clean. Lower pet fee than Hyatt.

Breakfast was pretty bad, on lowest end of basic. Ultra thin bath towels.

Pet friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the golden dogtooth wallpaper in the bathroom was a nice touch. The light blocking shade was also a nice touch. The kitchen in the room was fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. The breakfast was expansive with good coffee and open until 10AM.

The pool is very small (maximum occupancy 25) and the water was cold, kinda cloudy, and salty despite being chlorinated. We still got in and had fun, but for the price and size of the hotel I expected a little more.

Huge rooms! More tabletop space than I have ever had at any other hotel. The tables on wheels were especially helpful to prepare for an event, and tucked away easily when we were done without taking up too much space. The kitchenette is great to cook or reheat food and save money by not eating out. Located next to a mall with lots of shopping, restaurants, and fun things to do. Pool is great for families. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of different food options. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint - we will stay here every time we are in the Richmond area!!!

Nothing! Amazing second stay at this hotel, just like our first stay!

Location is very comfortable for everyone traveling with kids and dog (dog park is less than 1 mile from the property). Short Pump mall within walking distance with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great breakfast and very pleasant staff.

Swimming pool is on the smaller size, but the gym was nice. The outdoor basketball court would be a great addition.

Even though it has been built for a year and half, it looks BRAND NEW, as if opened the day before. It was that clean, the staff has taken exceptional care of their facilities. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. The accomodations of the kitchen, fully stocked with dishes was something I've never seen before in a hotel. I loved the fact I could pull the curtain to divide the living room and its lights while I was in bed. And the blinds actually blocked out All the morning light so i could sleep in peacefully the next morning. I truly enjoyed our room.

I'm not a lover of animals being inside, especially where I plan on sleeping. I always look for bedbugs and the possibilities of roaches, but to be able to spot flees before checking in is a lot more difficult until you start feeling them bitting you. (Luckily I did not feel or see any type of bug) There was 2 rooms on our floor alone that dogs were constantly barking, luckily we had a fan to drown out their noise plus i wear earplugs. I do realize you have a facility that accommodates animals so I will keep this in mind. This is in no way a negative against the facility, but the guest them self.
