The staff were very hospitable and truly wanted guests to enjoy their stay. They went above and beyond to make use feel welcome. They continued to check in without throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect, right downtown near the capital and museums, ample restaurants, the Fan District, and Carytown. Valet parking was reasonable and very convenient. There also was an onsite restaurant, tavern and coffee shop. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The entire hotel was spotless. Our room was quite large, the size of a DC studio apartment, with a King bed and two-person shower. There was a large desk we used as a table to enjoy our late-night DoorDash. The comfy arm chair and ottoman were perfect for kicking back. We will stay here again next time we are in Richmond.

Parking was pretty high given there was a much cheaper garage across the street. But, we preferred the safety and connivence of valet parking. Hopefully, the cost goes to paying the valets a good salary because we were among the half or so people I saw tipping the valets.

Absolutely love the hotel. It was beautiful… Everyone was so nice… from valet to the front desk to the restaurant staff.

The only issue I had was that I stayed for two nights but I had two different bookings… the 1st room was a deluxe room… it was wonderful and roomy… the 2nd room was smaller and it was suppose to be a premier room… the staff up front said the premier was better than the deluxe but it was actually smaller… if I had known that I would have kept the deluxe room… other than that everything was great!!

The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained in the perfect location for business downtown or easy access to travel outside the city.

My room was clean, but not particularly remarkable given the expectations for such a prestigious brand of hotel. Valet staff mixed up my ticket with someone else’s-luckily it was my brother, who was also staying in the hotel. Staff said they couldn’t fix the problem, so I had to explain it to someone every time I asked for my car. That was frustrating. At least the staff were pleasant.

The rooms were clean. The hotel overall was beautiful. Disappointed in times that the restaurants were open/closed. However, there were many places to eat but you had to leave the hotel. Loved the view. The hotel registration staff was professional and kind. Valet services was great. Car was delivered within minutes. Team was professional.

The bellman was difficult to understand although he was trying to be helpful. We asked for change to provide a tip and he acted confused trying to keep a $40 tip. We were trying to exchange for smaller bills. Yet he did not know how to count change back to us. It was obvious he was trying to keep $40. Eventually we worked it out. But it can be very uncomfortable when the bellman is expecting tips this high. WE only had 2 luggage, 2 coats and 4 shopping bags from the car to the 8th floor.

The staff is excellent, professional, and yet warmly friendly, especially Chaunnette, that always makes me feel like the Omni Richmond is my second home. Also, Shote's Fountain was amazing holding down the front desk and making my guest experience personal! Also, I love the location, the shuttle service, and the pool.

My room had peeling paint on the ceiling. Netflix casking sometimes didn't work and Omni members should have the fastest wifi speed. Also, the last 2 hours for the pool should be adult only.

This hotel was more than expected and the rate is absolutely affordable. I felt like royalty the entire stay. The accomodations, staff and locale are the best by far I have experienced in Richmond. I love that we were provided a choice of floors as well.

The pricing in the downstairs restaurant are VERY high. It makes it easy to just step across the street to visit The Tobacco Company. However, the drink vouchers provided at check in did make up for the price shock when we received our tab for 2 shots and a beer totalling $90!

The hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff was wonderful. It was great having a Starbucks and food and drinks within the same complex. I was a little disappointed in the surrounding area. The Capital is a very short walk which is definitely worth visiting but at night I did not feel comfortable walking around. It was a little shady. Also, the hotel charged for wifi!!

I wrote the hotel a note prior to our arrival to inform them this would be our last weekend together before my husband left for deployment. I asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay special and they stepped up and impressed us more than I ever could have imagined! We received a room upgrade with a panoramic view, a hand-written note, a mini charcuterie board, and a free dinner for two… we were blown away. We are so grateful for the Richmond Omni Hotel and their efforts to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

Everything was beautiful!

First time ever staying at a Omni! For the price during the holiday season was very reasonable! Booking through a third party the room was very clean! Usually when I book through third party the rooms are not so great. Everything about the stay was amazing. Location was close by everything. The front desk was very reasonable with me because I checked in at a later time due me getting lost on the drive there. My family and are ready to come back again. Thank you for amazing stay

I loved the hotel's location, it was accessible to everything I needed in Richmond. The hotel itself was really nice with ample dining options in the hotel itself. I got an amazing deal and would definitely book again.

The room was a little smaller than I wanted for two people. It made it difficult for two of us to comfortably place our luggage. I was also hoping for a queen or king size bed but had a full which wasn't ideal.
