Great location and great hotel. Staff very friendly.

One night it was a little noisy around 3am in the morning. I believe several guests must have partied too much and were somewhat disruptive.

“Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose” as James Taylor sang. I chose this hotel because of the colors! Lately, hotels are decorating with garish colors from the 80s. I wasn’t trying to attend Mardi Gras but was looking to relax. The beds were just right- not too firm but not too soft. Everything was sparkling clean. The ambience created by the soothing, pleasant decor combined with the excellent staff was gratifying. Outstanding for their helpfulness and service were: Jasmine, Deidre, Carmen, Kevin, and Bonnie- basically every employee with whom we had interactions. Breakfast was served with a smile. Bonnie is outstanding as she cheerily greeted folks and kept steadily replenishing foods which were good quality and nutritious with many choices. The location was quiet and convenient to everywhere we needed to go in the Richmond area. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Breakfast was excellent, the attendant Bonnie was amazing and so sweet she does an excellent job. Check in was easy, rooms were decently clean, and the gym was a nice touch. Right in the middle of town, so lots of amenities close by.

The pool was pretty dirty, the water was cloudy, there were clumps of hair floating around the pool. The pool was just all around not clean at all.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely nice. The location was pretty great, very close to shopping and dining and a hop away from the highway.

Our toilet was running the entire time. We were pretty busy and had a short stay so we didn't complain until day 2, but it was later in the day and so no one came to fix it. It was a huge annoyance. Bed was very firm, not my cup of tea but I know that's are people who prefer that.

The property was clean. I was able to check in at 1:00pm instead of 3:00pm. The coffee was good, I didn’t eat the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The hotel did provide cookies one night that were good. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave which was perfect. This hotel was in a good location as I went to visit family and the hotel was nearby.

The price was high even though it was comparable to other hotels in the area.

Everything was fine only issue is checkout was at 12 housekeeping opened our room door at 10 the tag fell off the door but I just feel like you should be aware of what rooms are still in use! So we were startled a little bit because we were sleeping!

I have stayed here twice and the hotel is very comfortable and clean. It is in a prime location which is very close to Short Pump and my family member's home. The front staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The room was quiet, very clean and spacious for the people who stayed there.

I wish the breakfast had a few more options but it was not bad. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance.

The breakfast was good, Bonnie, was very helpful. I was there a week, could have had more variety.

Housekeeping, many had difficulty communicating. I had to request basics like emptying the trash. Could have had outdoor seating. Evening treats were sporadic.

I didn’t like the pool area too much and I felt the rooms looked a little outdated as far as the furnitures and curtains is all.

The whole property was very clean and warm and welcoming. The room was great, beds super comfortable. The breakfast was better than most, actually good and warm eggs! Staff was excellent. I brought my dog and we were on the first floor which worked out very well. Excellent property and experience.

One suggestion! Add lotion to the bathroom supplies.
