Great location and great hotel. Staff very friendly.

One night it was a little noisy around 3am in the morning. I believe several guests must have partied too much and were somewhat disruptive.

“Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose” as James Taylor sang. I chose this hotel because of the colors! Lately, hotels are decorating with garish colors from the 80s. I wasn’t trying to attend Mardi Gras but was looking to relax. The beds were just right- not too firm but not too soft. Everything was sparkling clean. The ambience created by the soothing, pleasant decor combined with the excellent staff was gratifying. Outstanding for their helpfulness and service were: Jasmine, Deidre, Carmen, Kevin, and Bonnie- basically every employee with whom we had interactions. Breakfast was served with a smile. Bonnie is outstanding as she cheerily greeted folks and kept steadily replenishing foods which were good quality and nutritious with many choices. The location was quiet and convenient to everywhere we needed to go in the Richmond area. We definitely plan on staying here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely nice. The location was pretty great, very close to shopping and dining and a hop away from the highway.

Our toilet was running the entire time. We were pretty busy and had a short stay so we didn't complain until day 2, but it was later in the day and so no one came to fix it. It was a huge annoyance. Bed was very firm, not my cup of tea but I know that's are people who prefer that.

The property was clean. I was able to check in at 1:00pm instead of 3:00pm. The coffee was good, I didn’t eat the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The hotel did provide cookies one night that were good. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave which was perfect. This hotel was in a good location as I went to visit family and the hotel was nearby.

The price was high even though it was comparable to other hotels in the area.

I have stayed here twice and the hotel is very comfortable and clean. It is in a prime location which is very close to Short Pump and my family member's home. The front staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The room was quiet, very clean and spacious for the people who stayed there.

I wish the breakfast had a few more options but it was not bad. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance.

The breakfast was good, Bonnie, was very helpful. I was there a week, could have had more variety.

Housekeeping, many had difficulty communicating. I had to request basics like emptying the trash. Could have had outdoor seating. Evening treats were sporadic.

Housekeeping was excellent! The room was very neat and clean. When asked, the housekeeping staff accommodated my needs without question. Overall, the housekeeping staff exhibited exceptional customer service.

I was warned by the desk clerk (general manager) that the living room TV was inoperable. I decided to accept the room amid many other issues I experienced while booking the room. I didn't like that I was not offered any discount on the room rate.

The whole property was very clean and warm and welcoming. The room was great, beds super comfortable. The breakfast was better than most, actually good and warm eggs! Staff was excellent. I brought my dog and we were on the first floor which worked out very well. Excellent property and experience.

One suggestion! Add lotion to the bathroom supplies.

Deirdre at the front desk was a SUPER star. We also loved the breakfast.

Our room was one that apparently had an optional connection to the neighboring room. There was zero soundproofing. Unfortunately, we had booked a king suite and we were informed the inventory had been messed up and we were put into a double room. Not receptions fault at all- she was great throughout- but disappointing that the system messed up somehow and we were in a VERY different room than booked.

Every time I am in Richmond I book a room at this hotel. The staff has been polite and accommodating. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The room rates are good for the location. The hotel is close to shopping, attractions and food.

The breakfast was limited. I would love to see more meat and egg choices.
