The front desk staff was absolutely phenomenal 👏! Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was very spacious and comfortable. It was also pretty quiet in and around the hotel. The location was perfect for me. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance and the bus #19 stops directly in front and is free to ride. Numerous restaurants and stores like Ross, TJ Maxx, Kohls, Sephora, Whole Foods, Publix, and Walmart all super close.

My first room had a slight odor, and other issues but I was able to change rooms and my second room was way better.

I did not expect luxury given the price. Though, I appreciate that staffs were showing us the room first before checking us in. Appreciate the dedication and honesty

The front desk receptionist was very nice and professional. She made sure, I was satisfied with the room before, I went through with my reservation!

Parking

Cheapest I can get in the area at this time of season. It's actually not bad at all. Employees are busy making sure things gets done within their means.

Comfortable bed and the pull out couch is bigger too. They offer extra mattress on top of that for free which is I appreciate.

Management is really on top and location is really centered and rooms and hotels is it's self very clean

Plus point is the location and door closes at 10pm. You have to always bring your key with you to enter the main lobby door.

Comfortable bed, friendly accommodating staffs. See lots of pets too. Place is family and pet friendly

Good location , Friendly staff, room wise not bad at all also bed is comfortable . Hotel has full kitchen.
