Great hotel, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, room size, etc. Wonderful all around except -- see below.

One of our mattresses creaked and made cracking metal sounds when on it. The maintenance man reversed the mattress and that helped a bit but not enough. The bathroom exhaust fan kept running even when we turned the bathroom lights off. We told the front desk and maintenance man but no improvement. Towels were somewhat thin.

The front desk service was great.room The bathroom could have been a little better. The tub trim was molded on it, but all of it was a good stay

I did like that I got a phone call saying the TV in the room I stayed in was shader. knowing when I left that morning at 5:30 am, the TV was fine and left on.So Therefore, your housekeeper was the next person to inter that room.I never got a phone call back to let me know what happened or what was found out..I stayed in many holiday Inn express a d never been aquse of anything. I feel I should receive an apology and / or a night or two free on your housekeeper.

Excellent staff and very attentive. The facilities were clean, the the bed was very comfy, I felt well rested after a good night's sleep.

It was difficult to find the hotel entrance at night. I would recommend installing an illuminated hotel sign at the very dark entry point. I had spoiled milk from one of the "half pint" milk cartons, not a good experience. The carton had an expiration date of the 6th of Oct. which was the following day. I understand things can happen, I hope this was a rare instance, no other negative comments on the hotel experience.

It’s an inconvenient location to several restaurants and entertainment areas. The pool is a nice bonus. The staff is always friendly and accommodating the provided breakfast, the complementary snacks and ice water in the lobby is always a great touch. I have severe allergies which necessitates the down pillow is being taken out of the room, which the staff is always wonderful about.

I’ve stated this property several times the only thing that is disconcerting is the close down abandoned restaurant next-door and a less than inviting area behind the hotel

The location was great; easy access to the interstate. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a large variety of foods to eat and it was well stocked and tasted good. The room was nice and I liked that they used Dove products for soap, etc.

To be nit-picky, the pillows were not very comfortable and if paper towels were available for the microwave, that would've been nice, but overall a really nice hotel for the money!

I really liked the nice clean floors, they were good to lie down and put my water bowl on. I thought the elevator was a little scary so I liked that the stairs were easy to find. I thought the breakfast was really tasty and am happy there were fresh, healthy options. The bed was a little high for getting on and off but it was comfy and overall it was a good stay. Our stay was great. Everything was as advertised. We didn’t eat breakfast but the selection seemed decent. The beds were fine but could’ve been a little more comfy. The water in the sink had a little smell but not in the shower. They only have 1 elevator that does a little more knocking and bumping than I would like, but it got us up and down without issue. Overall this hotel was nicely renovated and maintained. I would definitely stay again.

Elevator may need some service. Wish they were two. The beds could’ve been a little more comfortable. Check into sewage smell in water.

Breakfast was good. I enjoyed watching the conveyor belt pancake maker, coffee was always hot, and there was various options of hot and cold food available. It was a quiet hotel which I love, the staff was always available and friendly. Plus the shower stayed hot the whole time I was in there, and I take longgg showers.

There was one bedside light switch that didn't work and the cleaning staff would always get to my room around 330-4pm. Which is the exact time I would be coming back from work but I just took the time to wander around the area for an hour after my shift and problem solved.

well when we fitst arrived I had booked from booking.com as pet friendly hotel. i saw where they hold a deposit. but when we git there the girl is like we charge 75.00 extra for a dog. i was like no where did i see that on the site. she apologized and asked me if i wanted a refund. but we had just traveled 10hours. just needed some rest. So i took it. next morning the gentleman who checked me out asked about our stay. i told him same thing I told her and i said my dog is cleaner than people a little frenchie named Gemma. Again he apologized. when i looked at my bill when ee got home he removed the 75. fee. I am so grateful there is still good customer service out there.

Close to the highway, not too far from the animal hospital where my dog had surgery. and the breakfast was good!

Because of construction there was only 1way in and 1 way out and not much parking. The smokers smoked wherever they wanted and dropped their butts every where. There were a few ants in my bathroom.
