The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. the lounge is extremely convenient especially coming in late and not having eaten. breakfast is always hot and well stocked. the Starbucks coffee machine was amazing. the rooms were comfortably furnished and impeccably clean. the shower was roomy and comfortable. it's in a great part of town within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I can not say enough good things about our stay here.

the beds were a bit too firm for my personal preferences. the pool could have been a bit warmer. No charging station for our electric car was a bit of a bummer.

My girlfriend suffers from Migraines and I went to the front desk to inquire about obtaining an ice pack for her. I was told that they did not have one. The manger on duty I believe his name is Mike or William(tall with brown hair and glasses) made a homemade Ice pack to assist my girlfriend. She was very appreciative and so was I. Thanks again! Oh also the TV was a bonus with YouTube!

I wish the breakfast had pancakes or waffles!

Clean and well maintained.

The elderly man serving breakfast needs to learn better personal interaction with customers, listen to them and refrain from barking and rebutting people. Don’t tell me breakfast is over at 10 a.m. when the hotel website clearly states 10:30. He is well overdue his front porch rocking chair. Sorry but he was rude, just plain rude.

The hotel is located in a very quiet industrial area but still very close to the mall and restaurants. Most hotels are usually all grouped together along the same avenue or Blvd but this hotel is kinda in a tuck away very private and no high volume traffic passing by.

There was nothing to dislike. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff were excellent- very professional and very accommodating!! The updated lobby was so nice! We enjoyed the fireplace feature!!

On our first day, no one touched our room. It was not even entered to be cleaned nor were our dirty towels removed and replaced. We had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. The second day- our covers were thrown up on the bed but it was not made- actually the the mattress cover was off of one corner and I had to completely strip the bed and remake it so we could sleep in it. I did tell the front desk about the first day. I don’t know if the hotel was short staffed or what happened.

I really enjoyed how updated this hotel was. It was also very clean which is something that is very important to me. I felt so comfortable coming back and enjoyed being at the hotel just as much as I liked being out and about.

Breakfast included in the rate I paid would've been nice.

Everything was great, especially the night counter associates. There was a young lady and a guy, and they were really helpful. They even upgraded my stay to have breakfast because I propose to my wife in the hotel lobby.

There were not enough towels in the room, halls needed vacuum and the shower water was scolding hot and could harm guests. It really needed adjusting. Finally rooms were not ready to check in til super late. All guest sitting with bags in lobby.

The location, and it was very clean

My only complaints was the design of the bathroom lol. The door is just a sliding glass door that doesn’t lock or actually close so when you take a #2 the room will smell. Also the sink sprays everywhere and doesn’t drain properly.

Comfy bed, big and very clean room. Great blackout curtains! Very friendly staff and the pool/gym area looked nice. Be aware the pool is ground floor and looks out to carpark so NOT a private place to be in your swimwear.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Low quality coffee, but cheap to offset. No light bite breakfast option - I had a big exam that day and would have loved yoghurt with fruit or just toast.
