It was a clean room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The best thing they have going for them. The front desk staff.

It is an older building, outdated compared to newer buildings. Very basic items, No shampoo, lotions, soap in shower, Has I very skinny soap on bath sink. There are no pictures or decor to liven it up. It does have a complete kitchen, Fridge, stove microwave. If I had to stay longer, I would pay the extra money and stay at another hotel. This was kind of depressing. The only reason I took it was for the lower price. Everything else in area was quite a bit higher. This was 99.00 for Friday Nite, all else was 150 and up.

That the machine ran out of laundry detergent and I couldn’t get my money back without having to call a number on the side… so it took my quarters which I didn’t have many of and didn’t receive the product and wasn’t reimbursed immediately.. very clean laundry room though and didn’t deter me from wanting to stay agajn

The location great alot of great fast food n stores n a big Walmart in walking distance floor nice n quite n clean

The roaches was bad in the room but they did sent someone out to spray for them and I wish they had a lobby with computer room n breakfast that would be perfect

Able to cook meals and a very comfortable bed.

The way the lights were. Would have preferred an option to use lamps instead of an overhead light over the bed.

The front desk staff and maintenance staff were polite and professional.The room was spotless clean and set up great.It was an all around great experience.

No Early check in time for travelers for work. Most of us have no family here and have no way to get dressed for work when we arrive.

Everything was perfect! Malcome was genuion ! & my room who ever cleaned 307 before I arrived did amazing! They said his name was Marcus o appreciate everyone.
