Clean, very fair priced, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Check in gentleman listened to our request for room location and accomidated. Bed was comfortable. Did not use pool, hot tub/whirlpool was out of order.

ICE machine not working on 1st floor but was working on 2nd. Housekeeping staff was helpful in advising me on another on the floor above. A little tricky leaving site due to busy road, had to go left and turn around to go right. And to return was a challenge to turn left into entrance due to traffic, found it easier to drive down rd further, turn around and come in so making a right turn.

I didn't read the reviews much but I found my stay to be exceptional by satisfying my expectations. The no smoking rule is honored. The shade to darken the room. The size of the room. King size bed and pillows were very comfy. Good size TV. Convenient location. Smelled clean.

I do not like the bleach or industrial strength detergent used on the sheets because it rritates my skin. AC is set to temp or I could not figure out how to turn the AC to a cooler setting..

Was great. Was busy but parking was great. Love the breakfast hours on weekends. Breakfast was great. Lady did a great job keeping food out since motel was packed. Front desk people great.

On third floor pot smell was terrible. Not good with all the kids there for tournaments. Thought it was none smoking.

Breakfast was good and it was clean

The staff approached a couple while we were having breakfast about what room they were in. This occurred in a very rude and demanding way. The guest were accused of not being actual guest and told they had gotten way to many breakfast items to take back to the room. No milk at breakfast was told be back in 5 minutes to not return with milk for at least another 30 minutes

The staff were very supportive, and the rooms were very clean. We did not have a problem our whole stay , even when we needed to check out a hour behind, the front desk gave us the time we needed to complete our packing.

There wasn't anything that I didn't enjoy on our stay , when we had noisy guest beside our room the front desk made sure to politely ask them to quiet down and gave us a new room, which was very considerate.

I love the privacy. The absolute courtesy of the young lady at the desk was exceptional. I believe her name was Micah. As their into the renovation process at this time the television in the room was not connecting properly this young woman apologized repeatedly and assured us upon our return it would be fixed. Sure enough, it was. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I must say this young lady's smile and mannerisms made it a pleasant surprise for us. We noted it was the end of her shift and she stayed to see to our comfort. All she would say is no problem, it's my job, enjoy your stay.

I like the location of the property.

The pool had way to many chemicals in it to where it left you itching all over when you got out. The door on the suite did not completely shut all the way. It was a comfortable stay I just think for the amount of mo eh the pool should have been in better condition and breakfast could have been better.

The bed was comfy, and the room and bathroom very clean, all of which were a priority for me. The price was also reasonable.

I would have appreciated non-disposable plates and utensils in the breakfast area. I didn't think it was eco-friendly to have only paper and plastic for dine-in.

Room size was nice, close to many food choices and some shopping. Facilities looked nice also.

Too close to another hotel, nearly sharing the parking lot. Bed comfort was ok, but understandable seeing how we all differ in body shape and size. Could only get 3 channels on the TV, but luckily happened to be the channel to see the NBA PLAYOFFS.

Breakfast was good, always full and if it wasn’t she refilled immediately. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was firm but not like a board, comfortable firm.

The pool was freezing and the kept opening the windows in that room. The jacuzzi had so much chlorine in it that when you turned it on it would burn my eyes
