The location is near everything promptly: grocery store, movie theater, skating rink, convenience stores, clothing store, pharmacy, and so on. The staff was very friendly and amazing at their job. The rooms are beautiful and roomy.

I didn't like the size of the pool, we were looking for something a little bigger, if it's that amount of chlorine, because that was very strong in that close in area.

Everything was close to hotel.

I had to cancel original arrival date July 8, 2025. because of the bad weather coming from Ga along I95. I believe that was valid reason to get a free cancellation, not be charged like I was. Mother Nature is not something I can control. And I messaged the property also. But didn’t get a response. But it’s ok. It is what it is.

Clean comfortable hotel

Stayed here for the indoor pool. The pool was freezing and not heated. Asked the front desk if it was heated as it was freezing. Was told it was on the bottom floor of the hotel and it's winter in Virginia. Really!!! Maybe turn the temperature of the pool heater up. I took.my granddaughter here as a special overnight stay so she could swim. Very disappointed.

Loved the mint water. all are very well made with nice friendly staff. always a good way to have others to eat when its free. hot and cold bar was really well kept and maintained really well. had a good experience.

The food wasn't so hot, would love to have more fruit out as well as veggies. have no other compliants. im not really a breakfast type person outside of the home, however it was good to stop by in the am to get some food.

Didn't have the time for breakfast but my interaction with the staff at check-in was perfect. I didn't get their names but it was around Friday evening.

I extended my stay on Saturday morning, and she wasn't the friendliest. Maybe it was the beginning or end of her shift. Also I'm not a fan of being charged multiple times after checking out. Having additional holds on funds is annoying. I received a final bill, that should be final. Still waiting for the hold for the additional night to fall off before I have to call

Very reasonable breakfast. The place is really fine. I don't understand why the rating of the place is low. The toilets were clean, everything was clean and tidy.

boiled eggs for breakfast could be nice. i don't understand it what permission the hotel use my credit hard for deposit?

Didn’t eat breakfast I was resting. Plus I think it was a bit too pricey $212 for one night on a Thursday was out this world but I had to sleep.

The price of the room was a bit too steep but I needed to rest. Everything else was great

Clean friendly staff everything was in place

Couldn’t get much sleep because of the guest on top of my room was running jumping loud and on my floor where I had my room was a lot of kids running the hallway loud and playing

It was very clean and staff was polite

When we decided to go sleep about 11pm talking woke us up and didn't stop till about 3 am. We were on the first floor so not sure if it was guests or staff in lobby. It made it very hard to fall back to sleep!

Good breakfast and the staff were really helpful going out of their way to help me when my key cards weren’t working on my room door so I really appreciate that
