During my stay at Sleep Inn, I enjoyed the the comfortable bed and shower the most! The water stayed hot and the water pressure was magnificent! The room was also spacious was able to put all my materials up and out the way. I have been to many terrible Sleep Inns probably the best one I stayed at this far.

I was only staying in Richmond, VA for a weekend which is why I usually book hotels like this for short trips, but the wifi could have been better. It was frustrating not to be able to get on the internet and use my hotspot most of the time. Being reduced to basic cable TV was not it, at the same time, it was free public wifi so I wasn’t too mad.

It was the worst experience ever had in any hotel. The room was wet when I have checked in late night. My room was stink so bad have to get air fresher . The carpet was wet all over . Wander it’s 92 digress outside when open the room the heat was on 90 degrees. Someone try to cover up or to dry it before I checked in but didn’t work. In the morning I was leaving to work asked the staff to charge my room . They say sold out no more rooms available. One day left the hotel staff called my by noon for different room but was too late . I’m coming 9:00 pm and checking out 6:00 am. No needed too late. But it was the worth experience ever had in any hotel.

Only the breakfast

The breakfast was ok eggs sausage and I made a waffle. I love the waffle machine. They had a few angles and muffins. Two types of cereal.

I got in around 1:30 and I asked could I get a later checkout. The checkout was at 11:00. The night shift lady said talk to the day shift. And the day shift lady told me no. She said that they had a lot of people coming in. I understand but she asked me how long and after I told her an hour she said no. Wasn’t customer friendly, however she did say thank you when I left. The property is outdated and the room was dirty to include the curtains carpet flooring and toilet/bathroom. We weren’t happy at all. Thanks

Breakfast was standard and minimal, they had packaged pastries, a waffle maker and bagels with cream cheese add butter in the fridge. For travelers who want a hot breakfast, there's a mcdonald's across the street.

The room had a smoke smell despite being a non smoking room

breakfast is always good the clean room and there prompt to help or meet our needs when we needed something, only thing I like to see differently is the pet fee is crazy high 20 a pet per night that makes it expenisive

The room was alright, it had everything you needed and was clean. The bathroom was acceptable as well.

The breakfast threw it off for me, had no eggs or any protein just waffles and a bagel with cream cheese that isn’t that good.

Could have been some protein in Breakfast, no eggs, no sausage, nothing. Other than that everything was wonderful. Just say continental breakfast, or tasty carbs for breakfast.

I switching what I liked and did not like, since I answered the 2nd one first.

It was great and I was able to bring my dog!

Tv stations were not lined up with guide and it was hard to find what you wanted.

Hotel location and value

We got to the hotel after traveling for 10 hours to find out, the I don't have any reservations reserved, called booking. Com to reserved another roo..

The location is perfect, it was a very quiet area. You had a couple of fast food places in walking distance which is a major plus.
