Housekeeping is prompt proper and pleasant in comparison to most affordable hotels in the area.. Costumer service at the front desk is easygoing, helpful and secure.. I the desk clerks shows respect in return as given, yet rightfully, respectfully remain stern when deemed necessary to ensure the nothing less than the best for the costumers.best booking for your bucks in my opinion considering the area.

TV channel selection is scarce and hotel soap is small

It was really close to the highway, which made getting to and back from our event really easy. Well lit parking lot, comfortable bed, microwave and fridge in room. It's across the street from a gas station and McDonald's which is very convenient. Internet was decent 7/10.

Outside noise came through a lot (people talking outside and when big trucks went by on the road). Didn't hear anything from the room beside us. Thin pillows. Water pressure in the shower was like a 2/10, but for me, it made me realize that it's better for my skin. Late night counter person was a bit cold and uncaring but did their job well.

I overslept and check out time is at 11am..... I woke at around a quarter till time to go. That only gave me 15mins to get out of there! In the midst of me gathering my belongings housekeeping knocked on the door. By that time it was around 11:05, the housekeeper was very patient and kind. She also let me know about a hiring opportunity with the hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!!!! I would stay at that location any time I need to again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Clean and comfortable

The entire area smelled of cigarette smoke. We moved from one room that was horrible and the second room was barely acceptable. They advertised they had designated smoking areas outside but there are huge outside ash trays on every corner making the entire experience difficult for those that do not smoke

Clean with a lil roaches

I didn’t like we didn’t get excited Keys cards I gave my husband the key. But when I went to get another key I couldn’t get a key card because my name wasn’t on room now that I know I will make sure my name is on the room, but prior to checking in the lady never once wanted to take my info even when I was telling her. My information she’s says no my information is not needed now talking about it I felt like a prostitute that is not good

I wasn’t crazy about the location however the staff member was super nice and he insisted I was safe. Told me there were cameras everywhere in the cops made their rounds, and I felt more secure after that.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice had a good personality and made everything work to the best of her ability

A lot of trash was behind the dresser and behind the lamp stands the paint was coming up in the tub a lot of urine around the toilet under the seat and down at the bottom of the bowl and the cleaning people didn't have any towels any wash clothes or any kind of linen so that we could change it out

For the most part it was clean and friendly Close to food and stores and the interstate where I could jump on when I have to go to work

Could be updated a little Better sheets and comforter

Place was great room was clean and nice an front desk person was gteat

Need to fix ac was running to loud in room 141 and wasn't cold

Easy to get to Parking was safe and well lit so the gear in the truck bed was not touched Hot shower Comfortable bed Next to Starbucks!
