Good location near restaurants and the interstate. Good breakfast.

Location didn’t honor price by Booking.com It was only over by about $2 so not too big of a deal. But I wonder if it were $25 or $50 over??? I will use caution if I have to stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and pillows too. High pressure in the shower was nice and the water got hot quickly. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice for convenience, in addition to a hairdryer and iron and ironing board.

A few of the towels had some marks on them, making them questionable for cleanliness. One pillow case had a mark on it too. The bottom of the bathtub on the outside had lots of scuffs on it. Breakfast was just ok, it was included so I don’t feel like too much can be said, except they were out of eggs when we got there (with 40 minutes left). We had to wait for another batch to be made, only after another couple got to breakfast (15 minutes after we had arrived for breakfast and were basically already finished eating. The vending machine was out of service, or so it seemed, because many of the spots were empty and the slots that had items in them, the items were back too far to even get.

Great breakfast. Hotel was in a good location.

We reserved a King Suite with a jacuzzi but when we arrived we were told there were no jacuzzi s in the entire hotel.

The property was very nice and close to the highway

The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact I purchased my room from of booking.com which stated that it had a Jacuzzi and once I got to the property, the front desk informed me that there were no rooms with a Jacuzzi.

The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel is in a very congested area.

There was a lot of noise, loud music etc, which could be heard in rooms and continued. There were football games in area but hard to sleep due to being able to hear noise in rooms. The older toilets are too low.

Very quiet. Sign at front desk reinforced the “quiet time” expectations. Quality of front desk staff.

Cleanliness and the polite staff

(Not theor fault) I chose wrong hotle location and could not change it w/o paying again bc their systems don't talk to each other...

Clean easy to get to

The description of king bed with sofa bed was deceiving. It was a long couch not really a sofa bed.

Front desk staff was friendly and we enjoyed the late night cookies.

Two hairs were found in one of the beds.
