The property was recently remodeled and it looks beautiful. The room is so spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom. The employees were so nice. All of them would wish us a good day every time we left and welcome us back when we came back. Got compliments on my nails from the lady at the counter at check out. That made my day. I 100% recommend and will stay here again if I go back to Virginia.

Don’t understand why we pay $10 a day for a parking that does not have security guard and it’s open to anyone. Nothing is given to identify a car that is paying for parking.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Housekeeping entered the room at 8:50 without knocking. That was really not ok, because they could have been walking into me or my family coming out of the shower or half dressed. She apologized, but it was still shocking. That had never happened before. And definitely would not have expected it from the Marriott. Also, I was not aware that there was a fee for parking. I booked through a third party site and there was no mention of that. I was a little surprised by it.

The front desk person, name tag said Joan , was so kind and accommodating . Joan graciously let us use a rollaway bed, as we are a family of five. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, our waitress was so sweet and kind. The hotel as updated and beautiful. The hotel was in a great location and everything was great!! Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay!!

The receptionists were extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful in advising me as to what Delta had to offer. I found that the pantry was a wonderful surprise and also the restaurant was wonderful. The room was large and extremely clean and well thought out with the decor. I would recommend this hotel to my friends along with the amenities provided and the affordability of the accomodations.

This is the second time I've come and stayed in Virginia while visiting my daughter who attends VSU. Of the two times this stay was by far the better ones. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and polite and made me more than happy to sign up for the Marriott account

There wasn't anything that I disliked about the property.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The room was spacious, and I especially liked how quiet it was at night.

Unfortunately, the body wash had run out, and I only realized it while I was already in the shower. but that was something insignificant

I liked the hotel as a whole, the bar (and Heather the bartender) were great.

I thought breakfast was included and then card swipe to coffee and breakfast did not work. When I asked at the front desk, I found out you have to be a member or something for free coffee and continental breakfast - that's ridiculous!

Close to everything you would need such as grocery, dept stores, restaurants, etc

Have to pay 10.00 per car a night for parking. Also, they do not have breakfast included in our stay. It was 15.00 extra per person if you want to eat.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to I-95, which suited us very well.

They don’t have breakfast included in the cost, which I thought was included. However, it wasn’t and we paid for three people to eat at the premises and were disappointed of the selection for the price paid. Secondly, they charge you 50$ upon check in for incidentals but when you check out, they refund it sight unseen. So, what was the purpose but to annoy you on charging another fee.

Breakfast was excellent every morning, the staff was awesome friendly, and the facility was spotless
