The staff is on point as far as security and your dues and your don'ts I think the manager can be a little too much at times but at the end of the day he's doing his job and it's good that he's that way to a certain extent

And didn't care too much for a mistake that was on their part that nearly cost me to be out on the streets if it wasn't for a good samaritan I would have been out I don't care too much for the price and the location of this site that they don't even consider giving you at least fruit in the morning let alone breakfast I think we should get a little bit more for our money. The woman at the front desk when we checked in approximately 7 P.M. was very pleasant. She was kind, she was helpful, and she was respectful. The smoke alarm went off in my room, and she was very attentive . She came immediately to my room and changed it.

I didn't like that It looked like a hangout when we were checking out. I don't think everyone at the front desk was an employee. Also, there was no fresh coffee.

Location right off interstate 95 is great. Gas stations right around the corner. Great over night stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We made reservation over the internet for 1 room and even added a second room at arrival for extra person traveling with us and the receptionist went out of her way to help us, get a room right next to us and at the best rate possible. Would stay here again

Bathroom was clean but water pressure for shower wasn’t the best.

Rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. One policy I liked is that they will not enter your room while you're staying there so guests don't have to worry about anyone being in your room while you're gone. If you need anything, like towels, you need to ask and they're more than happy to get them for you.

Not located in the best area but still a nice hotel

It had a good size room with 2 large beds. It was comfortable for its purpose. Crash for the night after a long day of driving.

Reception area and room smelled stale, probably being damp / not well ventilated but they did have aircon on when I’ve arrived.

The front desk lady was very friendly and very helpful

I did not like the fact that my toilet did not flush but I was able to fix it

The location right off of I-95. Choice of going into Petersburg or Colonial Heights, very little difference in travel time. Room clean, beds very comfy, and a quiet area. Also, the toilet was backing up into tub the second day of our stay but was fixed same day within a few hours, very quickly. .

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
