The hotel is located in a nice area and is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. We booked this hotel due to how close it was to Ft Gregg-Adams and the price. The gentleman working night shift was so kind and friendly. Very professional and he was a true joy after a long trip on the road. Continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and plenty of other options like muffins, oatmeal, and cereal. The pool looked lovely but we didn’t get a chance to use it as we were only in town for one night. Great water pressure in the shower and the beds we’re comfortable. Room was clean with no weird smells. Will definitely book again.

Strange quiet beeping from somewhere but couldn’t pinpoint what is was. Pretty sure our neighbors were smoking as the hallway had a strong cigarette smell the next morning after it did NOT the night before. Nothing that would keep me from booking again.

Mr. Aaron at the front desk. he made us feel comfortable, he was kind considerate professional and very helpful. listen to us and helped us. always willing to help with ease. even suggest things as we requested info. Aaron made our stay wonderful, we appreciate him so much! he is young but seem to have an old sole which is so wonderful and well mannered! close to shopping food mall and Swaders. the hotel itself is so very awesome. our suite was a little apartment. very spacious comfortable had everything. hot shower comfortable bed a living room with couch and tv. a hallway that separates the bedroom. the hot breakfast was so good real bacon and eggs toast oatmeal grits!

Aaron at the front desk was exceptional, the wonderful woman who did breakfast was a pleasure, and our meal at Jimmie's was a delight.

Instead of calling housekeeping, the girl at front desk handed me a rag and some cleaner when I reported sticky spills were on the floor upon arrival. The jetted tubs jets were black with mold (as was some of the grout) and there were 2 microwaves, one broken -- why not remove it? Not only were there no sheets for it, the sleeper sofa absolutely needs to be burned.

I was switched rooms when the keys to my original room wouldn’t work, the front desk helped me immediately and were very caring hosts.

Struggled to get the room key to work for the first room and the side door to get in from the outside is broken so I couldn’t use my key card to get it.

clean, easy to find, extremely comfortable, the room very spacious, hot shower. I loved Mr. Aaron front desk clerk. super helpful kind pleasant professional and easy to talk to. listened to our needs carefully and responded with dignity in knowing his level of professionalism and respect! most kind person I’ve met at a hotel chain. very willing to help. full of integrity! he made our stay the very best. he went way beyond his call of duty to help my family with some problems that arose. he didn’t hesitate to help. Mr Aaron is the best part of our stay. grandkids myself and hubby really appreciate his kind soul. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and satisfied with solving our issues. If he wasn’t there we probably would have just left and complained. he made everything worth it!

we only stayed for a short weekend

I like the friendliness of the staff. Ms. David was simply delightful and hard working. My room was very clean.

Only thing I noticed is the bathroom toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it. And I don't smoke and the bedside lamp was unplugged bc the turn on switch was broken. It should be replaced. Other than that. I have no real complaints.

the location to the Army base was great and the staff was wonderful.

the property was not that clean and things were falling apart in my room. There were loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom. material on the chair was torn, you could feel the springs in the mattress and there was dirt everywhere on the floor.

breakfast, space, kitchen area in room. closet, staff guys were amazing, greetings with love,

bathtub had a lil mold, the bathroom was dusty on the floors, towels were dingy, need more pillows on bed cause bed flat. however tho I enjoyed the getaway and I'll definitely be back cuz the love is there

The property was convenient to all amenities within the area. It was convenient to Fort Lee, and to Virginia State University.

The room that we were staying in was well appointed, but the floors were sticky, and I felt like I had to wear my socks at all the time well in the room. And when I took my socks off, they were filthy black.

front desk staff ty was very very knowledgeable! he was great to talk to . made us feel very welcomed . we came from texas . the room was gorgeous. i wish i would’ve booked here for our entire stay in Virginia.
