Clean, the staff was fantastic. Especially Wanna! She was so friendly. Explained how booking through booking.com works with locations. The property itself was great. So pretty. And right next door to a shopping plaza with a Walmart.

Not enough parking. We had to park at comfort inn one night

The Hotel was excellent from the location to the staff to the upkeep of the Hotel , the rooms are modern sacked with the things that you need very clean bed are comfortable. Breakfast in the mornings was very delicious I really enjoyed my stay and when I am in the state of Virginia this will be the my hotel of choice

When I check out I had a balance of $21 which I’m thinking was the incident fee and it was not returned to my card I was told to call back to rectify this matter

Very clean, very comfy bed, lots of space, modern design decor, staff short of help, but as helpful as could be under the circumstances

No drawers for stuff, room wasnt ready on checking in so was switched to different room, so stressful after long busy day traveling, then having to wait for room change with pet along

Very comfortable room. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The young man that checked us in was very nice.

There were not enough towels in the room and my family had a difficult time getting linens for the pull-out sofa beds in their rooms. It took several attempts to get them to the room, even after going down to the front desk.

Even though I booked through booking.com, there was no reservation when I checked in. Fortunately, the check in manager was great and very helpful in providing another room.

The property was very clean and obviously new which I loved. The staff helped me with any questions and extensions.

Some of the travelers obviously smoked some substances during their stay because you could smell it in the hall way.

Great location right off 95. Dog friendly. Very nice staff, service with a smile, clean, comfortable rooms, great tv options, nice bar and outdoor seating area with fireplace.

Only negative was the breakfast. Free breakfast but not very good - Sorry.

The property is new however this was my second stay here. It’s very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked with utensils and dishes.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Clean and well maintained. Quiet area yet very close to 95. Very pet friendly.
