The location, nice little pond and ducks, for the most part very quiet

The fact that my daughter and I was standing outside the front office waiting on a ride and a truck pulls up with 2 guys and said we didn’t need to be there, it was a bad hotel, then as we tried to walk away and go in the office they was trying to get us in the truck with them. At that point I did not feel safe anymore. Scary experience.

No breakfast, but fresh coffee 24/7. There are restaurants around the area and close by.

The daily cleaning services, did not receive it on a daily routine. At times no cleaning or complete set of towels were given.

Staff is great and easy to work with.

They were doing construction and the trash dumpster was right outside our room and the workers were very loud throwing stuff away, the construction workers were very rude. Other then that it's a good place to stay.

Breakfast wasn't included. The room was clean and had a nice view. The air conditioner worked great. I used the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchenette. The soap and shampoo were very good.

Everything was very good.

I like how kind the staff was and how they look out for the others staying there. Also how they give accommodations to Military/Military Spouses

Property was very nice on the outside

When walked in the room it was very hot Ac should be left on when knowing guests are checking in. TV was very static when watching. Pool was also wasn’t open.

Was not provided the wifi password. You'd have to call front desk for the information

The bedding with cigarette burns in them and not evening towels and rags provided

The room was excellent and the staff was accommodating. All in all good stay!

It was quiet and comfortable.

The staff is amazing and they’re remodeling their rooms, they’re nice. Very accommodating. I left my pillow in the first room, which was too noisy. The clerk went to great lengths to get it back from the people who got the room. They finally admitted to having it but I was almost back to Roanoke by then. He is trying to get the supervisor to send it to me. I will definitely pay them to do that. Hope they can. It’s a down pillow and used for my compressed disc in my neck. Wish me luck.
